IS there a damn way to disable the happy holidays widget that pops up every time I go to a new thread, post etc.

 

I appreciate the sentiment and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. BUt I have to click it off on every stinking page I visit. Please help.

Use Firefox. I don't have any issues

I use Firefox, and yes the cookies save. IT pops up ALL the time. So damn annoying

Ok thank you, I am just going to disable it now at this point as most get the picture... and you did not get the X in the circle to close it right?

i had the x.. still kept coming back everytime i refreshed the page and cookies were set to save... i use chrome tho... thanks for taking it off tho

Thanks for the info, I will pass it on to their dev team that even after pushing the X it kept coming back. It is only supposed to come back once every few days and then you click the X and its gone.

It was cool. All i did was hit the x and it was gone, but if you hit the back button it would come on again. Just hit the x again. Not a big deal. Most browsers have pop ups anyway. At least this one was for the holidays and not for a porn site somewhere.
