Anyone turn there PS3 into a Computer yet?

I thought about doing it, but i have a laptop so there really isnt any point in installing linux on my ps3.

im really thinkink about doing this, but the ISO is 3.5GB and my moms pc doesnt have a DVD burner but ima try to do it by next week, since im into this kind of stuff, yes im a geek, lol so when i do it ill post here the info.

I dont see the point, I run my ps3 and computer off the same tv so either I can set up the ps for that, or just hit "Imput / PC"
