so i just played for 3 hours, and i have to say since the beta came out, thay have really improved the fluidity of the game, at first i thought the game was terribly slow paced but once u get used to the controls it really comes alive and is fun to play. theres clan support and an in game mailing system, it reminds me alot of how socom's online menu was. there is 0 lag and i have not encountered any errors with the online yet. it has alot of potential because it involves alot of teamwork and strategy, the claymores and other traps are also very well done and theres cqc (close quarters combat) which adds another element to the game. theres actually a device where if you knock an enemy out u can implant a tracking device in them and it relays it to all your teammates. and the graphics are exactly like the single player, amazing.

 

 

its not socom or cod4 but it has a bit of both in it, if anyone would like to add please do

the single mode is great, just spectacular. i haven't yet gotten in to th first boss fight so i have to say it is long.and i know that after i finish it,i'll be up for a second time, and this time i'll try a flawless game. let just say that it's Metal Gear on all his glory, with amazing graphics and gameplay.

 

the online have me addicted, unlike GTA IV this is a military shooting game so it got all the nice and cool thing that some of you guys where looking for in GTA. it has clan support, it even has some phrases that your character say with its own voice (wich you have to pick when registering a character) and a chat window in game and lobby. i still haven't seen any type of lag yet so i assume that its well built. although i still have to comprehend half of the menus and stuff in it i have to say that it's a well built online game and like it says in the manual, the online is a totally separate game in its own rights, with enormous potential for future expansion, so i believe that it only gets better.

Im well into the single player now and i gotta say its the best single player game ive played...the story is starting to tie together and i just made it to the big surprise mission...old school MGS players will be smiling when you get there, im not gonna give anything away though.

 

Online is decent...its not socom or COD but its definitely fun...my only complaint is that you cant use the Octo-camo online unless you play as snake...which only one person can do and im not even sure if he uses the octo-camo as ive never played as him.

 

If you haven't bought this game yet go do it...the single player experience alone is worth the money.

i've played once as snake onlin and was amazing. the solid eye lets you see the enemy in the radar and although you may not notice you are almost completely invisible to the enemy eye. you have to use sleeping weapons or CQC to knock out the enemy and steal a total of 3 dog tags without getting killed.

 

i also have to say that i haven't seen any sort of lag at all.

wow i remember when that happened to me. the thing is that you get point everytime you put some on to sleep, what soma bastards do is tha once they put you to sleep they just camp aiming at you waiting for you wake up so they can shoot you again with tranquilizer dart.

 

only happened to me once though and i'm already in level 3 so i't doesn't happened to often.
