Dub, I never mentioned the COD map packs. I could care less who got them first. I was talking about DLC/patches in general. Sony and thier devs are the ones that made me go multi-platform with all thier lies and delays.

Its all good Nacku, i was acutually talking to Chili originally, he had made a comment about "too bad you cant play the new maps yet" .. and thought you were just continuing ... and i agree w/ the delays.. hence my comment about sony not caring and that we sony people are used to waiting..

Has anyone been watching the John Adams mini-series on HBO? If so, what do you think of it so far?

 

 

 

 

Also, have any of you seen Assume the Position with Robert Wuhl? 101 was interesting and very informative. For those of you who have, or maybe interested in seeing the show, HBO is running re-airs of 201 on May 17th.

 

They have to do with the numerous liberties taken over hundreds of years with the way history has been documented. Watch them you wont be dissapointed. They're funny as well.

Why would someone pay so much for only 30days? my guess would be to make it SEEM like xbox has the hook ups.. i guess sony just figured ... we are used to waiting? idk on that one either..

i think we can wait for them on a system that doesnt have the highest console failure rate in history... we have less days of waiting left then it takes most 360 owners to Xbox up and send in there oversized paper weight..

so 2 times i clicked this link and it froze mozilla up both times. i had to ctrl + alt + delete both times and it still hung up.. so not sure if its just more or what.. but maybe copy list and post it here? idk..

last night we tested from about 10 paces and then at about 20 paces and both times i died in one body shot. As for beyond that distance i really couldn't tell ya.. however it seemed like nothing changed w/ it on.

we tested it last night right before war.. and it doesnt change a thing.. there is the theory that maybe you can withstand claymore blasts a lil more.. but we couldn't really find that to be true either.. that i think is just a timing thing.

I bin practicing hardcore and noticed a few glitchs in that mode that are different from normal mode. I noticed one that really puts you in a disadvantage its when a person throws a grenade/Flash/stune/smoke they can at the same time shoot, to me thats a glitch I never seen anyone do that in normal mode. Also on some occasions I can throw a grenade while reloading and my I basically skip the reload process. I don't how but it only happens to me on hardcore. I also agree with kill thats its a mode for campers and it is a bit boring.

yea i dont watch or follow much of any pro sports.. gave up on that along time ago.. just recently started watching NBA again.. but i agree totally with you, college seems to still have real competition.. i cant stand the fact that almost all major events now take on the sponsor names and what not.. stadiums named after cell phone companys..etc.. its pretty much like they have it in BasEketball the movie... i know they need money to stay top notch.. but the line should have been drawn a long time ago if you ask me..
