does this include killing intentionally w/ m3 and at-4 and rpg?? cuz normally we have played that rockets are for vehicles.. just wondering..

so i looked briefly and didnt see anything on what people are playing on... like ps2 or ps3.. what size tv and kind.. LCD or Plasma..etc..

i just recently got a 37" Sharp Aquos LCD ... i use my ps3 through an HDMI for most of my gaming however i do also play alot of wii.. lol. i do have an entry level 5.1 i use for sound.. it also has a DVD player w/ an upscaler which is nice...i do have the optical cable but i was just reading another post on the forum and i was informed that the HDMI and Optical cable send same feed? anyways...

here is a pic.. a lil dirty and clustered w/ my 2 1/2 year olds stuff...lol anyways..

word im curious to see what everyone else plays on...

there are 2 settings in the PS3 options.. i dont remember what category.. but it has 2 options.. 1 for upscaling and one for smoothing. w/o these on yea it will look like crap. and some think that the 480p looks better.. but the 1080p upscale looks pretty damn good on my 37" LCD. If you cant find the options i will fire up the ps3 and post the options category.

They dont up convert regular ps2 games... or Dvds to HD...  i have ps3..

sure they do.. the second to last update added the upscale.. then you have to turn it on in options.. although its not tru hi def.. my tv recognises Combined assualt as 1080p you need to make sure that you tell it NO when it asks on load for PROGRESSIVE SCAN.. i know that sounds weird.. but that will overide the ps3 upscaler.. now i dont know about other ps2 games.. but Combined Assualt can be played in upscaled hi def... and really i dont see many if any cheaters on ps3 games online.. ps2 games yea.. and socom especially yea. but it is early for me to say that psn needs more work...

dont you have to pay for the chatting/friends/online/etc... on xbox? and really both are good systems.. the games available is usually how people determine on gettin 1 system.. if thats all they want or can afford. one can say xbox is junk due to the probs.. but really its only an inconvience due to microsoft fixing... if they werent fixing that would be a different story.. and on the other hand another can say they copying microsoft.. well most of whats available im sure was a plan from the get go for sony.. look at the wii.. alot of channels have been added since i bought it.. store , weather, everyone votes,etc... i personally think that you get what you pay for.. and all are good values for their asking price. i didnt however understand the comment about "unlike playstation where people with ps3 is still stuck playing in 480p." my ps3 supports 1080p outputs.

yea i was chucklin to myself after each pick.. i had PrntScn'ed and tossed the map into photoshop and after each pick i crossed it out.. and like your 4-5th attempt you struck gold!!!... and i am curious to see what everyones 2nd territory will be.. that will be when i can more accuratlely answer that question..but thanks again for the chuckle.. ;D

we had a room up last night.. and all sounds on all maps from map pack.. all booms, all shots... maybe try to delete your map pack..and re dl it?? sounds for afterhours may have gotten corrupt?? thats the only thing i can think of.. cuz out of all my 503 guys.. it works fine... i suppose it might have somthing to do w/ the hosts too?? i dont know.. just a suggestion or 2...

i just put ours up .. was making a last minute change.. but yea i noticed that only a few are up.. but Street is right.. ppl are still at work and im sure they will submit once they get home.. if not.. makes our tour a lil easier.. even w/ the alternates..  ;D

I have always used the wifi and I have never had problems at, even hosting the rooms. I have a Belkin wireless network adapter (Wal-Mart) cheapo at that.  My wife even uses the internet while I'm on the game and it keeps up like it was plugged into a ethernet cable.

 

I have even taken my PS3 upstairs and closed the door and used the wifi connection and it still performed as if it was plugged in. Honestly, I don't think there is a difference in the ethernet and wifi.

hey cuz you should try this.. try downloading a movie trailer or demo from the psn store.. then plug your ps3 into an ethernet and download the same thing.. when i did this.. it was 3 times faster w/ ethernet.. even though it didnt take long w/o.. im curious if your adapter has better quality signal then mine.. i have a linksys wireless.. and i am only about 8 feet from the router to ps3...

i hear that 2 ppl die.. my girl is a big fan and is about half way through the book.. i opened and read the last page!!!.. she wont talk to me cuz she thinks i know something... :-\
