New SOCOM.com Forums

[IRISH BULL]

I hate them. I hated when the Playstation.com forums went to this new format, and I hate them more on SOCOM.com. In fact, ever since Playstation.com went to these new "forums", I don't think I ever went back. Just too damn confusing and not very user friendly.

 

Is there an idiot guide on Youtube or something for these type of forums. Because to me, they are more like a giant chat room as a opposed to a forum.

 

Right now, the only reason I would even check that site is to check my stats, and weapon mod progression.

I disagree... the layout is almost identical, a few navigation changes but otherwise I wish I had taken a screen shot of the old and compared to the new...

 

It is not as complicated as people are making it out to be... its even less of a change when we switched from SMF... just spend a couple of hours and you will get it

Yeah, I agree. I'm not sure if I just don't know how to use them correctly, but it seems like a lot of standard forum functionality is just absent. I can't skip directly to the last page of a thread...stuff like that is just gone.

At the top of each post there are two links... the Latest Reply that goes to the last post and a Page Link to move through pages fyi

You are very correct, this is the best view in my opinion unless you are looking for polls
