Thought I'd put this up for those who havent heard the song or seen the video.

 

We have this song playing in the background of our site as a token of support for the men and women who serve in the US Military. It's not often, other than in country music, that you hear songs written in support of our troops.

its nice to see songs like this, you know, not about an argument over whether or not we should have gone to war, but more a recognition for those fighting.

Alter Bridge has a song called One By One with a similar message.

I got the Army National Guard constantly mailing me and they sent me this thing about the song. They have it on the National Guard website. I think it is a very good song.

Here is one more my style from a "non country singer". It was probly a little warmer where he made this song and he probly made a little less headlines... Did 3 doors down donate the earnings of their song to the troops in some way?- I saw someone mentioned it was on the National Guard site with a story?
