***URGENT FURY: RIOT ACT TACMAP SITE UPDATED***

The tournament "mini-site" for UF: Riot Act is now complete with the all new scenario/storyline, Standings, Help and Contact sections all in one place for ease of use and convenience.

Story - War has changed the entire landscape of the world in the UF universe. Find out why you are fighting in the former "Middle East" and as who. Also, for those of you that played and beat the single player game on COD4 (hard to believe some people haven't played the single player game and beat it *cough*tow*cough*) Possible spoilers for the end of the COD4 game storyline ahead:

 

 

 

 

 

At the end of COD4 your character and Captain Price are wounded and Capt. Price slides over the pistol which your character uses to kill the final bad guys. A paramedic is seen giving Captain Price chest compressions. If you mouse over him in-game, there is no name possibly indicating he may not have survived... Read the Riot Act story to find out if he lived or died!

 

Standings - The Standings page is now on the same page as the tacmap for quick reference to see who is on top. The Standings page will identify the leaders (based on number of territories owned) and those who are in a "critical" state )those owning 2 territories or less), and those that have been eliminated.

 

Help - New Help section for those new to the tacmap tournaments. Get up to speed quick because once you're in, you're going to hit the ground running hard with bullets flying past your head and if you're not prepared some of these veterans are going to roll right over you.

 

Contact - New contact section specifically for any errors found on the tacmap or standings page. In the past errors found would be PMed or posted somewhere on the forum and not seen in time or sent to the wrong person, now you will be able to contact the tacmap updater directly to avoid delays and confusion.

 

 

If you are still on the fence about joining you better sign up fast as all but one spot is left. We will have alternates if there are over 20 clans. Remember, there is a small $25 entry fee per clan to help support this tournament and enable us to continue bringing you the best scenario-based tournament online. We will also be using a portion of the proceeds to gather up a little "something" for the winners. More info on that to follow soon.

Oh, and on the tacmap, once clans have been selected and each clan has made their territory selections the COD4 map and map modes for each territory will be revealed by mousing over each territory.

Sniper and I are very excited about what we have in store for the world tacmap as well as the stories that will unfold for each one, starting with Riot Act here. We know a few don't bother with the story and would rather just get to the action, but others know that when searching for the FULL tacmap tourney experience, you want to soak every aspect in. The story really adds to the overall touch of the tourney.

 

We're looking very forward to it.

I love the StoryLine......It was really movie like, when Captain Price came in. Reminded me of a some kind of movie trailer but its hard to but in words =D ;D
