PLZ Help Snow With Sig

Ok fellas I need a favor.........Can you help a fellow Ranger/Eval/Community member out?

 

I would like a new sig, our design guru is taking a break so I figured the best place to ask a favor is here.

 

Here's my problems

 

1. Graphic Noob

2. No template

3. No idea where or how to start

 

What I would like

 

1. No pop out

2. My dogs head cut out and placed in the middle of the sig (See Pic at bottom) Is this possible?

3. Colors im not too worried about just something that looks cool

4. Organized Khaos somewhere in the sig, along with my name SnowBud, maybe the clan tag [KOS]

5. If theres enough room I would also like SAS Leader somewhere
