Photo Restoration

Hey guys, Anyone good at restoring old photos, so they look new? There is a friend of the family and they 50th is coming up. So we want to restore there wedding anniversary. I have played with it, and just can't get it. So if your pretty good and would like to give it a try. Let me know, i will scan in a better quality pic tomorrow.
