It’s been just over a month since we launched Uncharted: 4 Lost Treasures DLC — our first multiplayer DLC update for Uncharted 4 Multiplayer, which introduced a new map, new weapons, a new Mystical, our revamped Rank System, and more. Since then we’ve been hard at work on our next major multiplayer DLC release and gathering player feedback as we continue to evolve the multiplayer experience. One comment we see and hear the most is “Release more maps!†Rest assured, we’ve heard you loud and clear and today we’re excited to introduce New Devon, an all-new multiplayer map launching today in Uncharted 4 Multiplayer. Like all of our DLC, New Devon is available for all players as part of a free update. Inspired by the Uncharted 4 campaign, New Devon is set in the lush ruins of an abandoned pirate colony. It’s one of our largest maps to-date and features wide open exteriors with elevated vantages for those who prefer long-range engagements. If you’re more of a run-and-gun player, don’t worry — there’s no shortage of tight corridors for close-quarters combat. Alongside the launch of New Devon, we’re also introducing an array of changes and improvements to Uncharted 4 Multiplayer, including new ways to earn Relics and unlock Multiplayer items. Now, in addition to completing Challenges, players can acquire Relics by completing and winning matches. We’ve also added Premium DLC Skins and Pre-Set outfits to DLC Vanity Chests, giving players a chance to unlock Premium vanity items at a reduced Relic cost. This Friday, September 2, we’re also kicking off a sale in the Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Store, offering discounts from 33% to 62% on all DLC Relic chests until Friday, September 16. For our more competitive players, the 1.12 patch also includes updates to Ranked Team Deathmatch and a new set of rewards for Season 2. We’ve taken the community’s feedback to heart and with these changes, we’re aiming to make the competitive experience more rewarding for solo players. For the last couple years, some friends and I have been working on TumbleSeed — a game about rolling a seed to the top of a procedurally generated mountain. It’s been a long road and we’re so excited to announce that the game will be rolling onto PS4! To celebrate, we’d love to share our first ever trailer for the game: We call TumbleSeed a rolly roguelike. It’s got a procedurally-generated world, upgrades, permadeath, and stays challenging play after play. You play as the TumbleSeed, a small seed with big plans, trying to roll to the peak of your mountain home. The slope to the top has been overrun by creatures corrupted by a mysterious crystalline power — your goal is to cure the mountain of its infection. Along the way you’ll gain seed powerups that provide the tools you need to outwit the mountain’s many obstacles. Will you stock up on thorns to defend yourself and clear the path of enemies? Or will you summon a rain cloud to fill in holes to make traversal easier? Or did you buy the poison seed from a shop to wreak high-risk havoc? We’ve been playing TumbleSeed for two years now, and the game still surprises us every day with the situations it throws at us. We can’t wait to tell you more and get the game in your hands. A warm welcome to all the PlayStation fans getting ready to enter the world of virtual reality with PlayStation VR! From day one, the Eve: Valkyrie team wanted to deliver a unique gameplay experience built from the ground up for this incredible emerging medium. It’s a totally new way to play games and immerse yourself in the world. Working with cutting-edge technology opens up opportunities to design features that can’t be replicated anywhere else. One of the strengths of VR is the ability to motion track within a full 360-degree field of view that’s totally under your control. An owl would have a distinct advantage here, but I doubt you’ll meet too many on the battlefield. To make full use of this feature, we implemented the look-to-lock missile system and integrated it into Valkyrie’s fighter class Wraith ships. The ability to pluck an enemy ship out of the air with your gaze and unleash a furious missile storm — you’ll just have to trust me right now when I say it’s very, very satisfying. In fact, it quickly becomes a natural reflex. Hold the left trigger to bring up an aiming reticule and track your enemy by moving your head anywhere across the skies. Remember, you have a full 360-degrees available to you! Focusing your aim on the targeted enemy will lock a missile every second, up to a total of five. Then simply release the trigger button to launch and you’ll have just sent a firestorm of heat-seeking missiles that only the most skilful pilots can evade. Advancing this skill, you can even take down multiple targets at the same time by keeping the primary Gatling Cannon weapons trained on your forward facing enemy while you swing round your tracking to his teammate. Double kill — congratulations, pilot! One of the main tips in Eve: Valkyrie is “moving your head is key to survival and success in combat†— sounds pretty straightforward, right? Maybe not. The look-to-lock system was created to encourage head movement within PlayStation VR. After all, we’ve been staring at 2D screens since the start of our gaming careers. You can’t blame people for forgetting. I remember the initial playtest of our Eve: Valkyrie prototype before we added the missiles. Excited to share and show off the demo, we sat down a few unsuspecting developers at CCP and asked them to give the game a try. We were confident that they would shortly be enthralled in a Deathmatch like they’d never experienced before. Over the short rounds we were really surprised how stationary everyone was, simply facing forward and playing in a traditional way. We immediately knew this was a skill we needed to teach. Many of the game’s systems where designed this way, initiated as a direct result of getting players used to the hardware and learning how they move within it. Our goal was to adapt the game world to mirror the outside so you don’t feel disconnected. Rather, we want players to feel immersed, placing you directly into the pilot seat. Rapid prototyping has taught us a lot about building a comfortable, accessible, and thrilling VR experience and this is just one example that makes Eve: Valkyrie unlike anything you’ve played before. We’ve already shown quite a bit of the three-on-three online mode in Rigs Mechanized Combat League, Guerrilla’s upcoming arena-based shooter launching exclusively for PlayStation VR. But today, we want to give you more details on the other modes included with the game. Set in the near future, Rigs Mechanized Combat League mixes elements from different athletic fields like combat sports, motorsports, and basketball into an explosive cocktail. At the heart of the game are the Rigs — large, heavily armed athletic sport machines which you’ll get to pilot as you compete for the number one spot in the Mechanized Combat League. In addition to the three-on-three online mode, which sees you team up with two other players to challenge an opposing team of three players, the game features a one-on-one online mode in which you team up with two AI pilots to challenge an opposing player backed by two AI pilots. You can have a friendly match against someone from your PSN Friends list, or play an exhibition match against a randomly selected opponent. Rigs Mechanized Combat League also offers an extensive offline single-player experience featuring a Career Mode. In Career Mode, you and your team of AI pilots rise through the leagues as you defeat other teams, earn fame and fortune, and gain access to new Rigs and pilots. In total, there are 24 unique Rigs to unlock, each with their own style of play. While climbing the ranks in Career Mode you will also impress sponsors and obtain exclusive sponsorship deals, liveries, and pilot outfits. The Bunker is a completely live-action psychological thriller starring Adam Brown, who played the dwarf Oni in the Hobbit trilogy. The game also stars Sarah Greene (Assassin’s Creed 3), Grahame Fox (Game of Thrones) and Jerome St. John Blake (The Fifth Element). In The Bunker, you play as John, a boy born in a secret nuclear government bunker on July 3, 1986 — the day the bombs fell. Thirty years later, everyone you knew and loved has died. You are the last remaining survivor. Your existence consists of following the rules and sticking to the routine, but when an alarm is triggered, your mind begins to self-destruct. You must venture deeper and deeper into the bunker, discovering long forgotten zones and uncovering dark, repressed memories that finally reveal the terrible secret of the bunker. Co-developed by Splendy Games, The Bunker was filmed in a genuine decommissioned nuclear bunker in Essex, England. Because the location is real, you can even visit the bunker for yourselves! Today I can exclusively reveal that I am the Batman. Or at least, I was for a short while when I went to visit Rocksteady Studios to check out the progress of Batman: Arkham VR. And, true to the Dark Knight himself, this PlayStation VR game is shaping up to be a masterful — and suitably brutal — display of superheroics. Between taking a look around Wayne Manor and the Batcave, suiting up, testing Bruce Wayne’s high tech equipment, and investigating a fresh crime scene, it truly felt like stepping into the grimy and acclaimed Arkham-verse — using Bats’ brain rather than brawn to investigate the very personal cerebral playground rarely explored in games starring the World’s Greatest Detective. On October 28, Carnival Games VR takes you right to the middle of the midway with 12 VR games. Get your virtual hands on modes like Climb Wall, Shooting Gallery and a whole lot more. Carnival Games VR lets you throw, shoot, catch and climb your way through 12 carnival games adapted for a great VR experience. Let’s break down the games you’ll be able to play solo or with your buddies. Alley Ball: Roll nine balls down the lane and into the holes at the end of the alley. Ring Toss: Try to toss five rings onto pegs for points. Golden Arm: How good is your throwing arm? Try to knocking over the golden milk jug(s) with a baseball. Down The Stretch: Be the first to finish the race by rolling the ball into the holes at the end of the ramp. Pop Darts: Pop as many balloons as possible with six darts. Hit the moving targets to pop all 8 balloons on that station. Shooting Gallery: You have unlimited shots – but you’re racing against the clock – to hit as many scripted targets as possible. Climbing Wall: Look around you and climb as fast as you can to reach the treasure at the top of the wall. Shark Tank: Try to dunk all three patrons by throwing the ball at the moving target as quickly as possible. Funnel Cake Stacker: Catch as many funnel cakes on the tray as you can. Strike Vector Ex is not your normal shooter. Aside from the fact that it’s a fast-paced, arcade-style air combat game that plays like a first- or third-person shooter, what sets it apart is its many customization features. The customization features are both cosmetic and deeply embedded in gameplay. These helpful tips will quickly slip you into combat and, more importantly, help you stay alive in the thickest of battles. Two Modes of Flight Fast mode — Enter fast mode by holding L2 and turning your vector into a screaming fast jet. This enables you to either evade enemy vectors or let you quickly get into a better offensive position. Hover Mode — As soon as you release L2 you will come to a full stop and have more precise control of your vector. Hover mode enables you to take aim at your enemies before you jet off to another spot in the map. This mode is also very useful when flying straight towards walls, ships, and other vectors because vectors stop on a dime. Evasive Maneuvers When in hover mode, hit the Circle button and simultaneously hit left or right to do a full 180 turn in that direction. This move is perfect when you know you are being chased and want to make the pursuer the pursued. When in fast mode, hit the Square button and simultaneously press left or right to do a barrel roll. This is a classic technique used to evade your enemies’ homing missiles. You can never go wrong with the classics. Now say it with me, “Do a Barrel Rollâ€! When in hover mode, hit the Square button and simultaneously press left or right to dodge incoming missiles. You will be prompted when someone has locked on to you. Don’t panic! Just use this maneuver and keep on flying. Custom Vector Load-OutsNo gamers play the same way and you shouldn’t have to, either. Strike Vector Ex gives the players mix-and-match weapons and special abilities to find the play style they can truly dominate with. The weapons are organized into three different categories: Primary Weapons, Special Actions, and Specializations. Always try out new combinations of weapons, modifiers, and abilities as you never know which one will best suit you. Sample combinations: The Shotgun Stunner — For the ultimate up-close fight, select Shotgun as a Primary weapon, then pick the Special Action weapons Tesla Coil, and the Specialization Heavy Armor. With this combination, you can swoop into range of an enemy, stun them with the Tesla Coil, which jolts and paralyzes them, and protect yourself with the additional armor as you finish them off. Long-Range Sniper — Go for the optimal long-range special combination by combining the Primary Weapon Plasma Rifle (sniper rifle), the Special Action Ghost to cloak yourself in invisibility, and add onto that the Specialization HyperScope to provide extra distant range to sit back and pick off enemies. Ultimate Tank — Take on the role of the ultimate combat warrior by selecting the Primary Weapon Gatling Gun, Special Action Heavy Armor, and Specialization Nanomachines. The Gatling Gun is an excellent all-around weapon providing a constant stream of fast-rate bullets into enemies, while the Heavy Armor protects in close range skirmishes, and the Nanomachines constantly work to repair your ship in the process. Tricks of the Trade Stalker Mine Drive-By — Zoom into a swarm of enemies and drop a Stalker Mine in their midst. Then watch the slow, creepy mine follow the closest enemy and laugh as the blast radius picks off additional enemies. Kamikaze Bomber — Once you have been destroyed, you have about five seconds to steer your ship before it explodes. Why not take someone down in the process? While dying, steer toward an enemy and hit the self-destruct button to transform into a flying bomb. Vogue Vector Looks — Customize your ship with thousands of cosmetic changes to soup up your Vector’s after-market bling. “Kebâ€-Sperience — Kebs are your in-game currency. Use them to trick out your Vector! After each set of games, constantly check back to the Garage as new colors, patterns, profile backgrounds, decals, art pieces, and videos become available to trick out your flying machine. Skirmish Mode — Hone your chops against intense AI in this offline multiplayer mode filled with nasty bots bent on your destruction. We hope you’ve been having fun playing Battle, our first mini game for Minecraft on consoles. Getting to challenge your friends and experience Minecraft in new ways is always fun, and we’re about to introduce you to even more ways to do it. Today, we’re really excited to bring you the Tumble mini game available as part of the free game update on consoles. Tumble is a frantic competitive mini game where your objective is to avoid taking a dip in red hot lava by making sure that other players fall into it first. You get to do this destroying the floor beneath your enemies’ feet as you stand in platforms that can have one or more layers. Sounds easy? Well, remember that other players will use their shovels or snowballs to get you to fall first. And when you get up to 8 friends to do this at the same time, it does get a little wild. We’re also releasing some more goodies for Battle mini game aficionados today with a group of three more fun maps to play. Hello GT Community — I am sharing some news today that we have made the difficult decision to delay the release of Gran Turismo Sport to 2017. GT Sport is Polyphony’s foremost competitive gaming title, with high expectations from both the fans and from within our team. From the start this title has been one of our most ambitious undertakings by using the latest technologies, such as physics-based rendering and sound simulations, and Scapes photo mode. In combining these features with a new Sport mode, we are offering a competitive gaming experience to truly reinvent what it means to be a racing game. We’ve been excited and humbled by the response each time that we’ve shared new gameplay with everyone. However, as we approach our planned release date in November, we realize we need more time to perfect GT Sport, which we’ve already dedicated so much effort towards since announcing the title. We do not want to compromise the experience in any way. While we cannot confirm a new release date at this time, we are more committed than ever to making GT Sport the best Gran Turismo game to date. Get ready to put your paw to the floor when Bears Can’t Drift races onto PS4 on August 30! A classic kart racer featuring split-screen local play, action-packed races, and overpowered weapons all set in a beautifully stylized world — Bears Can’t Drift is for friends and families, a fun game where all can share the joy of humiliating your opponents with a salmon rocket to the face before taking the glory of first place. Bears! In Karts! What!? Bears Can’t Drift uses icons rather than text to enable players, regardless of age or language, to play the game. Difficulty levels are designed to be discovered instead of chosen by menu. In fact, activating hard mode requires a great deal of skill! All of the tracks are unlocked from the start, but not all tracks are equal. The forest levels are full of flowers and rainbows, welcoming the player with easy turns and short tracks; but beware the ruins, lava flows, and precipitous drops. The hub worlds give players the opportunity to figure out the controls and experiment with the pickups. Tedious tutorials won’t be found in Bears Can’t Drift. It’s up to you to explore the world and unlock its secrets! Developing for PlayStation Working as a games artist and Lecturer at Southampton Solent University, England, I’d heard enough stories to know that console development can be difficult! However, having spent the last two years creating Bears Can’t Drift, I can honestly say that this is no longer the case, don’t get me wrong, games development is still tricky, but with my game coming out on PlayStation, I am amazed at the simplicity of console production. Hello again, fellow God Eaters! With the release of God Eater 2: Rage Burst upon us, here are some tasty tactics to get you started: Focus on completing Story Missions until Blood Arts are unlocked. Once Blood Arts are available, level up each type until you find two or three that you like. It is recommended to acquire at least one ground and one aerial Blood Art. Actively switch between melee & gun God Arc forms to maximize damage. Every Aragami can be defeated with any God Arc type. The best God Eaters will change their loadout in order to maximize efficiency:For example, the Aragami “Chi-You†is fairly well armored over most of its body. This armor can be broken off by repeatedly attacking its legs or wings. Crushing attack from a Buster Blade or Boost Hammer can speed up this process. Don’t have a Buster Blade or Boost Hammer? Equip a gun God Arc with high Crush damage and use Blaze or Freezing bullets to pepper the Chi-You with attacks until it succumbs to the pressure. The defense attribute on a shield determines how much damage Aragami attacks deal. Deploying the shield to block an attack can mitigate damage even further. There are three types of shields:Bucklers have low defense but generally have support skills that help with offense. These deploy faster than the other two types but do not absorb as much damage while blocking.Shields are the middle ground between Bucklers and Tower Shields. Pick this type if you want a balance between offense and defense.Tower Shields have the highest defense of the group and generally provide defense/support skills. These deploy slowly but can block most, if not all, of the damage while blocking. Buster Blades allow God Eaters to instantly deploy their shields by blocking mid-swing. This is called Advanced Guard and it can be paired with Tower Shields to negate its slow deployment times.Dodge Aragami attacks by either sprinting or dashing out of harm’s way. Blocking with a shield should only be used for attacks that cannot be avoided since blocking can drain both health and stamina.Always keep a good stock of healing items on hand.Clothing serves no defensive purpose. Look good, feel good!Use the Bullet Editor to create your own bullets. With some tinkering around, you can create lasers that rain from the skies or bullets that explode for tremendous amounts of damage upon hitting an Aragami.Devour your enemies as much as possible to keep your Burst Gauge up. Earth has been invaded by a race of bio-mechanical beings from outer-space known as Zeetnuks. A group of humans organize themselves to resist the invasion, but soon discover they don’t stand a chance against the enemy’s technological superiority. Combining human and alien engineering, The Resistance sets out to create a fleet of ships to fight the invaders. The Zeetnuks uncover the Resistance’s plans and launch a surprise attack against their base. During the attack, Resistance pilot Desmond Phoenix manages to escape on a KZ 72 — one of the models being developed, which everyone will come to know as Dogos. I’m Pablo Testa, Dogos’ developer. I have a special affection for retro-games of the 80’s — especially action games that require your full attention, and challenge your skills to improve your talent as a gamer. Dogos is inspired by classics shmup games like Xevious, R-Type and Desert Strike. I grew up playing these games, and I wanted to update that amazing gameplay experience to the present day. Dogos uses current technology elements, such as 3D graphics and a dynamic camera. Like in an open world game, the player can move around freely in any direction through the scenarios. This is a real innovation for games of this kind. This is an action-packed experience that will challenge your skills and your senses with loads of explosions, challenging bosses, and an incredibly catchy soundtrack. We’ve put you in the pilot’s seat for the ride of a lifetime as you’re launched into space with cutting edge visuals and silky smooth controls. There’s no pre-flight checklist, no fuel tanks to fill — only instant adrenaline as you full throttle into battle, line up your first target, and squeeze the trigger. Since March 2016 we’ve been refining and updating our combat to make it as intuitive, comfortable, and edge-of-your-seat thrilling as possible. We’ve learned a lot about what works (and what doesn’t) in VR. We’ve balanced and tuned our ships and abilities with help from a very active community of players. As part of that process we’ve helped to define some of VR best practices that are ensuring a deeper immersion and greater sense of presence. The whole team here at CCP Newcastle are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the PlayStation community. As gamers, we can’t wait to welcome you to our virtual worlds. Here’s a very brief overview of what you can expect to see when you take that giant leap into the future… Chronicles (Single Player)These are an interactive archive of virtual memories reconstructed from the clone data of fallen pilots. Chronicles can be summarized into four gameplay categories: Recall memories are narrative missions that provide some of the backstory to the events before and during the current Valkyrie timeline. They also introduce new players to the features and gameplay they will be experiencing during multiplayer combat. Scout mode allows you to freely explore any of our game maps without fear of attack from the enemy. While cruising around you’ll be able to locate and listen to Echoes, which provide more backstory and Valkyrie lore. We’ve also hidden some Salvage containers within the maps. If you find one, shoot it and scoop the loot! Survival mode pits you against increasing waves of enemy AI to set a high score as you practice against a range of ship classes and squad combinations. It comes in two selectable levels of intensity: Novice and Pro, and is available on all our game maps. Training modules are also available to help you brush up on your flight skills. Race through obstacle courses, try out the different ship class abilities, or put any of your ships through its paces in our AI filled Test Arena. Multiplayer CombatTeam based multiplayer shooting is the beating heart of the Valkyrie experience. It’s here that you will earn XP, increase your pilot’s Rank, and gain access to a wider range of ships and upgrades. You can fly solo, or form a squad with up to five players to properly coordinate your attacks. You can also play in co-op mode and face off against AI pilots that are match-made to complement your skills. There are three core ship classes in Valkyrie: Fighter (assault), Heavy (tank), and Support (healer). Each class has its own progression and class specific XP. As you earn XP in a particular class it will unlock new ships and upgrades for you to craft. Crafting uses Silver — an in-game currency given as a reward after each battle, and Salvage — materials that are collected from destroyed enemies during a battle. At the end of a battle the total salvage accumulated by the team is shared between all players on the team. Coordinating attacks and objectives within a balanced team is the key to success. There are no end-game ships that will give you significant advantage. The ships, upgrades, and abilities are all tuned to offer tactical choice and variety over firepower alone. There are three main multiplayer game modes: Team Deathmatch is dogfighting in its purest form. The objective is simple — wipe out the opposing teams’ clone resources by raking up the kills! Control is an objective-based game mode in which teams fight for dominance over three capture points. To scoop a point, players must deploy a drone near the objective, leaving them free to continue fighting and defending. Carrier Assault is an epic game of base attack/defend. Teams fight to gain control of three objectives. If two out of three objectives are completed, the shield defences on their opponents Carrier will be disabled for a short period of time. With the shields down, the attacking team must destroy the Carrier’s cooling nodes. If these nodes are all demolished the Carrier’s core will be exposed and the attackers must rush into the trench at the center of the mothership to deliver the killing blow. Stand back for an explosive finale! It was always our intention to build Eve: Valkyrie from solid foundations. We at Phosphor are huge fans of survival horror, going back to the original Resident Evil and Silent Hill games on Playstation. Virtual reality seemed like the perfect medium to express the sense of terror and helplessness you feel in the best moments of survival horror games! There really is no comparable feeling to having to literally look up at a monster that is twice your height, which is something traditional screen games could never make you feel. We thought this kind of terror would be a very memorable first experience for many people in VR, and the countless videos of players screaming in fear and fun as they played the Brookhaven Experiment demo proved us right! Of course, VR as a new medium presented us with a number of challenges to solve in making a fun and immersive survival horror game. Strip It DownThe Brookhaven Experiment came out of a number of different prototypes and demos that various Phosphor developers were working on late last year. We tried different styles of gameplay, various kinds of interaction, and what came out of that was a demo for a very immersive monster shooter that grabbed everyone that tried it. Once we had this, the first thing we asked ourselves was: what is the purest full-game version of this demo experience? This lead to two other questions: What is the essence of a compelling survival horror experience? Given the newness of the medium, what VR problems do we not want to try solving? The answers to these questions helped shape the direction of The Brookhaven Experiment. Combining the helplessness of not being able to run from the enemies, the worry of limited ammo, the terror of the darkness, and the awesome feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when a photorealistic drooling mutant is looming over you turned out to be the crux of the game, and so we opted not to try and make it any more complex than it needed to be. You start the game feeling helpless and afraid, and as you get better with the realistic shooting, you start to feel more powerful… but always watch your back! New LessonsWhen it comes to satisfying and immersive gameplay, VR comes with a whole new rulebook that we had to learn very quickly. We decided early on that the player camera for our game should be entirely controlled by the head-mounted display, so as to eliminate disconnect and not disturb immersion. This is now a common choice for VR games, but it does put limits on the bag of tricks we developers have come up with over the years in terms of player animation and camera effects communicating important information to the player. Having a true first-person experience also meant that a lot of fancy graphical tricks we’d grown accustomed to that make games look like high-end movies, like lens flare, bloom and motion blur, had to be disabled — not only for performance, but because they’re things you don’t see with your eyes. Screen games can feel like watching a great movie, but VR games are about feeling like you are in the character. Along these lines, we discovered that the perspective on virtual objects around you is totally different than on a flat screen, and suddenly even more important. Tiny imperfections in the environment details like scale of objects, resolution of textures, etc., become extremely noticeable when you are perceiving these elements as though you were really in the room with them. Although we did some very interesting prototypes of inventory management, in the end we decided to keep our inventory as simple as possible so we could focus on the real core of our experience: shooting, explosions, and cool monsters scaring the heck out of you! In the final version of the game, inventory management, including choice of gun, attachments, buffs, and throwables, is done between waves. We decided to use the gun as the primary UI controller, since it’s already the primary game tool, so making UI choices is as simple as shooting at options. The limitation of only being able to change your loadout between waves means you have to plan carefully and think about what you choose — exactly the kind of tough decision making we wanted in a survival horror experience. Our ExperimentWhen we showed off our demo at GDC and SXSW, people were lined up all day to play it. Soon, videos of people playing our game started going viral: people so scared they tried to run out of the room with their headsets still on, or cowering on the floor in abject fear. Our original hunch was that a simple, polished, and fun experience, combining fear of the dark with truly scary monsters would be an unforgettable first virtual reality experience. We turned out to be right, and we are excited for all the soon-to-be PSVR owners out there to have this experience and share it with their friends and family!
