Bike customization is a key factor that directly affects your performance in both the Stunt and Time Attack Modes. Bike Customization allows you to adjust your bike to best meet the conditions on each of the available tracks. Urban Trial Freestyle provides you with three main bike components to customize your vehicle -- engine, chassis and wheels -- customizing these parts influences three main parameters: speed, acceleration and handling. 12. Hey all! I wanted to drop by PlayStation.Blog to help celebrate the one-year anniversary of Twisted Metal for PS3! “What?!?†I hear you say, “The game’s already been out for a year?!?†Indeed it has! Crazy how time flies, huh? Seems like only yesterday some of y’all were telling me I was an idiot for focusing the new game on three characters versus a larger cast like we did in the earlier TM games. 13. Greetings, PlayStation faithful! Scott here again from Creat Studios, with an update on our newest release. Germinator will be available in North America on March 5th. Our team loves to make casual and puzzle games for PlayStation Network. We’re the folks that brought you Magic Orbz, Cuboid, Mahjong Tales and Ricochet HD. Our next game, Germinator, continues that tradition. Now, Germinator is no ordinary bubble game. There’s none of the match-three that’s been done everywhere else. Instead, same-colored bubbles combine and grow, grow, grow until they pop into a gooey mess! More...
14. Hello, fellow Spartans! My name is Ariel Lawrence, and I'm a Producer on God of War: Ascension. No one can argue that Kratos is angry. With everything that's happened to him over the years, he has every right to be. He's killed -- either accidentally or intentionally -- everyone he's ever cared about. He's been lied to, chained up, run through, tortured, and cast into the depths of Hades several times. If I was him, I'd be angry too. Our aim in this installment of Kratos' story is to try and show a bit more of his humanity. To do this, we incorporated voice over motion capture, or "vo-mocap", into our cinematic pipeline. The really exciting part of "vo-mocap" is that it gives our voice actors an opportunity to work together in a scene. More...
15. Monkeys are fun. They jump around, swing on vines, love high places, and occasionally fling poo at people that they don’t like. Today we are pleased to announced that you can have just as much fun as monkeys do (minus the poo) with the release of Yippie! Entertainment’s Chimpact on PlayStation Mobile. In Chimpact, you play as a little monkey who has to bounce around and collect items through a variety of levels to make it home safely. The game is absolutely gorgeous and the gameplay is simple, yet challenging. Chimpact is a new age platformer that has gameplay reminiscent of similar games from the 16-bit era. Kevin Green, the Lead Artist for Chimpact, had this to say about the game in an interview with Pocket Gamer: More...
