    No it is not. you can still sign in and get online I just cant make a new account or get my lost password from PlayStation Network

    Is it just me, or has the PlayStation Network been in maintenance since the outage. Cant make a new account or sign in and use the forgot password. I know I used it when it came back up to make a new password. It sucs I cant sign in to socom.com Grrr
