Has anybody used it before? Is it easy to use? any advice would help greatly.

Yeah, but you need a basic understanding of HTML.

It is fairly easy to use... especially the WYSIWYG editor. Just depends upon your knowledge of website coding on how easy it will be for you to to use and what you can get out of it.

You can kind of do it without HTML knowledge, that's the point of the dreamweaver. lol However, it does help to have basic HTML knowledge as you'll find you need to go into the code to get things as precise as you may want. Like they said above, you'll have to log some hours in tutorials to do anything with them. lol

Dreamweaver is a nice program if you pay for it. Ive always had problems with bootlegs. If you want a free editor NVu is an excellent open source software.

Use it everyday at work. It has it's uses but if you're looking to use the WYSIWYG editor then you will have cluttered and shitty code.

Dreamweaver produces a lot of redundant code. Like someone mentioned, it could get pretty messy. HTML is not a hard language to learn. You could possibly learn it in a week and then just use Notepad for edits.
