YourMomsNewBF23 Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 Has anybody used it before? Is it easy to use? any advice would help greatly. Quote
[-VR-] Tool_Minion Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 Yeah, but you need a basic understanding of HTML. Go look up some tutorials. Quote
Pillorian Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 It is fairly easy to use... especially the WYSIWYG editor. Just depends upon your knowledge of website coding on how easy it will be for you to to use and what you can get out of it. Quote
Prolog39 Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 You can kind of do it without HTML knowledge, that's the point of the dreamweaver. lol However, it does help to have basic HTML knowledge as you'll find you need to go into the code to get things as precise as you may want. Like they said above, you'll have to log some hours in tutorials to do anything with them. lol Quote
DK_Swine__ Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 Dreamweaver is a nice program if you pay for it. Ive always had problems with bootlegs. If you want a free editor NVu is an excellent open source software. Quote
[S+S] Naveed--X Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Use it everyday at work. It has it's uses but if you're looking to use the WYSIWYG editor then you will have cluttered and shitty code. Quote
Nikastylez Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Dreamweaver produces a lot of redundant code. Like someone mentioned, it could get pretty messy. HTML is not a hard language to learn. You could possibly learn it in a week and then just use Notepad for edits. Quote
