Anyone else seen this yet..?

 

I dont want to spoil anything for anyone, so im not going to say anything about the movie, but we went to see it at Disneyland last night, & it is good, but more like the 2nd, & in my opinion not as good as the 1st.!

 

FYI, maybe some of you dont know, but the movie is based on the ride at Disneyland. (i didn't realize how many people didn't know the ride existed. the ride is 40 years old, & the 1st movie was based on the ride.)

 

ALSO, Just make sure you STAY TILL AFTER the credits..!!

Well growing up in Los Angeles for 28 years, I have been to Disney land many times and have ridden on that ride many times as well, Its a very fun ride, and one of my favorites from my youth. That and its a small world ( which has since shut down), and the Pinocchio whale ride ( do you remember that one? I think it shut down too) those rides where cool as hell when I was just a lad and Shep was my pup. :-[

I rode a small world just last year..!?

 

It might have been shut down for remodeling.. they did a lot of work for the 50th anniversary. (maybe trying to change everything back still.?)

But i am with you on the ride "Pirates of the Caribbean" it has always been one of my favorites.. I think thats what made the first movie even better, was being a fan of the ride for so many years..

I have had a season pass for the last 8 years or so, & sometimes just go for an hour on a week day just to ride a ride or two ..lol

I was born and raised there for 28 years, but now I live in Texas....Hey is the whale ride back up too? and that submarine ride? I'm glade its a small world is back! thats awesome.

both of those rides havent shut down, they are still around!

its a "Finding Nemo" ride now.!
