Oh hell yeah bro, if its you or me..... it definitely "me" but you don't have to run a mother fucker over to subdue him. He wasn't threating anyones life, or being aggressive in any way. (The man was just trying to get away) Granted thats NOT right, but there has to be line, between catching a crook, and running his ass completely over with a car.
