Question for law officials

Recommended Posts

There is a tremendous amount of liabilty involved if the officer refuses to provide medical attention to someone that has requested it.

With everything there is always the "what if" scenario. Maybe for some reason it could not be supplied immediately or there was some extenuating circumstances surrounding the delay or refusal to obtain the medical help.

But either way there certainly could be civil lawsuit.
