PC Game Help ??

I have Age of Empires, have the box, key code, Disc 2, Disc 3, but am missing the dang set up disc. Am I out of luck or is there some way around playing this game again ?

Thats why they do it like that, so you cant buy one game & have three friends all playing off of one of the 3 discs.

Damn, that does suck. I mean you need all three discs to play the game .... I just have no clue where Disc 1 went !

No you dont need all 3 to play.. you just need disc 1 to play.. lol

(but you have to have loaded all 3 onto your PC first, then disc 2 & 3 are just for back up)

well do you have the game install already if not then yeah you're f***ed but if its install already you can always look for a no cd patch..

Well, your not shit out of luck.

 

What you can do is search the net for an image file. (ie. .iso file) and use a program like Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%. I did that when I lost my Starcraft install disk.

i went online and downloaded AOE1 to my pc. try file planet. once you have 1 downloaded, you should be good to go. i play all the time and dont need a disk.

I don't have Deamon Tools on my comp anymore so I dont know. I use Alcohol 120% right now. Just google a tutorial on it. I remember it not being hard, since I figured it out by myself.

i didnt need anything extra with file planet, i just downloaded the game and they emailed me a key.
