I served in the Marines bro......had to throw it out there...Good luck though if and when ya go.

9 weeks basic training, come home for about 1 month after that 2 see friends & family, then I get shipped somewhere 2 learn the job skill I want or is qualified for.

& I'm thinkn bout joining the marines after I serve 10 yrs in army

DONT get me wrong, serving for ANY service whether it be the marines, army, navy, air force, coast guard, or national guard, is honorable, and deserves the utmost respect BUT, why would you go through that type of career THEN switch? why not just start off in the marines to begin with? i mean shit, thats like starting a career, halfway through saying "hey, fuck this. i'm going to the other guys now."

man, i've thought about it. except not the army, but the A.R.M.Y. if i were to ever go into the armed services, you can bet your ass it'd be as a marine.
