Program needed

I used to have a program that would resize my pictures and would allow me to do multiple pictures at once. I can't remember the name of it but I would like to find something similar to that does anyone have an idea?

You probably want Photoshop.

Whenever I need a photo resized, I just do it in photoshop. However, I found this.

Not sure if this is the program you used but it looks like it can get the job done. And it's free! Nothing wrong with that price.

Gimp gives you almost full photoshop capabilities, and it is open source.

I believe what you are looking for is a program called "image resizer" from Microsoft's Power toys.
