hey, everyone not sure what the date was for the last post, but sorry i haven't been active either i forgot about this site, thanks for all the tips to i have lost some weight 221 to 214 but it has been staying around there for a while though i have and still am trying, what i'm thinking of doing starting in January or very soon is just water, the 3 meal thing lunch/dinner ect and no out to eat or fast foods, and no snacks thanks again and sorry about not being active and not reply especially to a thread that was made back in 2011 :/
