Later we tried again and it let him get on and he actually d'led the last update which he never did. He plays very sparingly. Anyhow it allowed us to get on and download the patch. Then after install we tried to re log back in and it would not allow. Quote

As I said we downloaded the last firmware upgrade and then once downloaded and installed, would not let back on. So there was a short window where it was up. Quote
