Userbar?

If anyone could make me one of those slide show type Userbars with my favorite sports teams it would be much appreciated. My favorite sports teams are the L.A Dodgers,Lakers,Kings the San Diego Chargers and USC Trojans. If you can you could also put in a [sxB] Skull & Bones bar but I think you would have to make yourself. Thanks to any one that helps.
