Looks good man but I would change the lettering, make it a little more smokey.

I also just realized you had something on the sword. I can't read it. Maybe play with the font, add a effect to it. I normally will put a small black stroke on the font that is hard to read. It makes it stand out a little better.

Thr BG itself does look good, but the image doesn't stand out from it enough.. IMO

(check the pistols.. the black outline seems to blend in too much into the BG)

 

Overall though nice job Street.!

Its a nice sig, hmm maybe try making the letters on the sword overlay so it looks like they are actually apart of it.
