Thanks Sid I haven't heard that before. I'm a little glossy eyed right now. I can't believe its already been 8 years now. It seems like yesterday that all of this happened. I don't think this will leave any of us soon. R.I.P. 9/11 Victims.

Wow that was powerful. I never had thought of this aspect of things. You know we always talk about the victims that lost their lives but this right here opened up the spectrum of impact that I hadn't thought about. Think about how many of these phone calls were fielded by 911 operators. They are trained to give "Pre-arrival" aid to the victims or reporting parties. I had not thought about the stress and trauma that those dispatchers as well. Not being able to help and hearing thousands of calls just like that one.
