As we mentioned in the show there are going to be discussions about bomb squad since Black is known for being No Boom... in the light of current events we have not had the chance to focus on this. But we have plenty of time and the Staff and Directors will get to work on it.

Well let me answer some of the questions that are valid... Was Tool removed as Staff, yes, and Dis touched on that. Was Tool removed from the Clan Leader section, yes, and to answer why, the Clan Leader section is for Participating clans of Urgent Fury, VR and FC have withdrawn from UF. Has anyone been banned from UF, the answer is NO. Was the decision on not immediately kicking out AIEL a unanimous one, No but in the end the staff made the final decision on what was happening. And correct we did not include the staff who had a stake in the outcome. This was to ensure the most un biased decision. As for the rest of the accusations, hits etc... well I am done responding. A picture is being painted that is so far from the truth it is not worth my time. Staff can attest that I am a phone call away. But if you are going to be belligerent then I am going to tell you to take it to the staff section and we will deal with it there. I have spent the last 5 days on the phone with several staff members as they expressed their opinions on the situation and then they also posted them. I passed all of this to John and I think he took some calls as well. But in the end, even on the staff meeting call last night, the staff are already moving forward with the next big thing for the community. I was not going to reply to this post mainly because no matter what I say the painting is done and perception is reality. So I will learn to live with your perceptions of me. But if you want to talk with some of the Staff like Viper, Johnson, Dub and such... the ones that communicate with me on a regular basis... they can probably confirm this Hitler money Hungary Image that is being painted is so far from the Truth.

Just to make it clear, we have not issued the punishment to AIEL yet, we only stated they would not be booted from the tournament. As that was addressed so that clans knew whether or not to go to a scheduled match.

So I was not going to post anymore but you are now starting to do personal attacks... So atleast get your facts straight the final decision on this was John's, we had several discussions about it along with staff members that had no berings on the results (meaning their clans were not going to result in anything from the ruling) I could care less about the $$$ blinders you keep bringing up, there is no requirement for AIEL to inform of that there is a pending merger, should there be? Well now we are going to talk about this... When LPK and WP merged, there were no special requrements... their name did not change just like AIEL's name is not changing... that was a factor in this whole deal. Should have AIEL came to Johnson and maybe consulted first, yes. What we have told them... you are going to have to wait before you put them on the roster. Is there any where in writing where UF tells a clan how to do their recruiting process? no. Do we expect a clan to be responsible for their gunners yes. Do we respect that when a Leader tells us they are a part of their clan, well we try too. Now for my personal opinion on this matter and you can ask many of the staff they know. Do I care what a Clans members are doing on other sites like GB, EBZ, The little ladders that could... No... I don't think it is our business to tell gunners that you can't play with your friends elsewhere... My main concern is how those gunners act here at Urgent Fury. Does that open a can of worms, of course it does. As for the constant reference to JYK, from how it was explained to me by several staff members... they had a roster full of fake names and people would play under them IE a ringer. You can call me Demo Dick all you want, I really don't know who he is or really need too, that was before my time as clan rep so I had no involement. What bothers me the most about all of this is, If this was such a big issue, why was it not brought up in the clan rep section immediately when it was found... When we kept saying give us some time to discuss this you pushed and pushed for a ruling, so John did. Why can't you just move on as you stated you guys were? If I have to be the fall guy for this, ok, I will... since that is what you want.

So provide proof, this has never been brought forward... do you only choose to call out a team that is beating you instead of all issues? Once proof is given those members will be removed from the tournament. If you read my post that was not brought to the directors, and spin it all that you like it still is the same issue. As it stands now, I am done posting here, the decision has been made and for those clans leaving, good luck and have a great day. And since many seem to be missing this part:

I was unaware of this, you are right, your situation is different you were not playing with a clan that was merging with VR... you however are playing as a true Rent a Player... you have played on 15 seperate teams on GB? What constitutes a Team... On GB I believe it is one or more players that are going to compete in a Ladder. So based on this admission, you too should have been removed from the Tournament, and had this been pushed to the staff section for our review it would have ended the same way. Funny how this comes out. Based on your clans request, you are requesting that VR also be removed from the Site for 1 year.
