I agree Chilli. The human mind constantly compartmentalizes things, labels things... wants them in order and a name for it, whatever it is. That's just the brain doing what it does. Now HOW we take that info and use it is where, "racism" can come into play. I don't think you are a racist... but, I think it would be interesting to have that same world you spoke of all black. And see your deep, honest answer how you'd feel. Again I am not saying you are racist, just curious. I think we are all racist to a certain extent. Me being a 41 year old Caucasian, I can tell you that I remember in grade school learning about Africa and in our school books showing that is was this small continent. LOL When in reality it's bigger then North America! LOL Just little things like that. I'm glad I have awareness today and keep myself in check when I see something questionable in my behavior. My latest insight and look at this came 14 years ago. I viewed and looked at gays in a very narrow, almost homophobic way. Thankfully I don't look at things that way anymore. Today I have a very healthy view and many gay friends and don't feel the least uncomfortable around them anymore. Any ways, just thought I'd chime in... ;D

LOL, First of all... he wasn't "fired". He still works at MSNBC. Him and Chris were taken off those shows cause they are smart and are obviously endorsing Senator Obama. LOL Secondly... You can post as much factually incorrect stuff you want to Hog, but Obama gave his thoughtful, concise, detailed answer in the the last debate. You and anyone else from the repub party will NEVER be able to make anything else stick on that. You should really move on... like onto Jeremiah Wright. At least that relationship actually existed! Funny... again how two ppl can look at a statement and draw different conclusions. I think he is spot on with this. We live in very difficult times right now. I think he is supporting Obama. These statements aren't derogatory in the least? At least he isn't making ridiculous statements that Obama is a socialist. Haha!!! Yeah, ok... Warren Buffet supports him... Colon Powell just endorsed him... JOhn McCain voted yes on the one thing that he could have made an argument about. LMAO! This won't stick... like him being a "pal of terrorist" ... Uh.... OK.... LOL Peace Hippiechick, I didn't attack you. If you don't want to reference what you are saying, then don't. It's still a free country. None of those sources have backed anything you are trying to say about Obama or he would be down in every poll. You know that and I know that.

Calling anyone unpatriotic or racist who has dedicated his life to service for his country and is now running for president is the most dumbest statement ever. He is doing the most patriotic thing you can do for this country. He is running for president. I hope you caught Meet the Press this morning and saw republican Colon Powell endorsing Obama and his comments. They truly were the essences of what we are about and what Obama is about. We have to stop polarizing this country like you are with statements like, your unpatriotic or racist. Those are dangerous statements and accusation. You should think about toning down that type of rhetoric is my only point to you.

(imagine that ) This thread and the country is getting really nasty now. I think everyone needs to take a step back from their computer, take a deep breath and think about things. No one called anyone here ignorant for not voting for Obama. What we are saying is ignorant is when things are said like, "racist and unpatriotic"... there's no place for that here or anywhere in our country. That is being ignorant! Well, you know nothing about me Dubya. I've defended Zipper and Socom over the past two years from clans I've been in who moved on. I AM a Socom fanboy. I admit it. I'm not a person that bitches a lot about anything. But when you take my $60 for a game that doesn't play... I'm going to bitch a little. It has ran fine over the past two days and I love the game itself. This makes no sense though now on a Saturday night when I want to play and I can't cause the servers are full. If I would have known that there would be a line to get in every time I want to play I might not have bought this game. And you were way out of line with the racist unpatriotic comment dude.

Wow... network failing. Can't log on to the game I spent my hard earned $60 on last week. Nice. If I knew I could get my money back from Gamestop... I would at this point. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! How do you sell an online game that doesn't work? And I'm sorry, but whoever is defending this crap needs to look at this again. I spent my money on this game and can't play it? Quitely lurking. You know, the other day I received YET ANOTHER "Obama is a baby-eating blood drinking al qaeda scientologist born from the seed of Marx here to single handedly destroy the U.S from within anti-chist" and to be honest, I've had enough. People are flat out, undeniably IGNORANT! They believe and decided their presidential vote on this sh*t! It is really pathethic and honestly makes me think that voting shouldn't be a right given to all people. You really should have to pass an intelligence test to vote. (And this even includes the folks in Harlem that were interviewed by someone on Howard Stern's show. If you are voting for a candidate because he is black. YOU ARE IGNORANT and should not be allowed to vote!) So now, when I get one of those emails, I reply to everyone on the list letting them know that they shouldn't let a chain email influence their decision, think for yourself, research for yourself, decide for yourself. And then I attach FACTS that any person with half a brain can easily find if they take a little bit of time to search out the truth. Of course, I get all kinds of responses, mostly ignorant. Even my own aunt could only say "Well, I don't support abortion and gays shouldn't marry so that's why I am voting McCain." Well, guess what I agree! I don't support abortion and I don't think gay marriage should be legal either, but right now, in the grand scheme of things, there are much bigger worries to take care of and if we don't handle it or elect someone to handle it, NONE of it will matter. So, today, I logged on here to UF, caught up on this thread and had another "moment" and felt the need to share some REAL FACTS with REAL SOURCES. Yes, it is truly sad. I have been getting these type of chain letters from my parents who are staunch republicans. LOL I do the same. I make sure to "reply to all" and then give them an ear full! I'll never understand this brand of republican. It's not the Reagan era of republican that I grew up on. And now, down in the polls and getting desperate they've lowered themselves to "robo calling" where they link Obama to domestic terrorism and all sorts of BS. The same group that cost Johnny the election in 2000 no less!!! LOL I'm just glad to see Obama and his campaign push back and push back HARD. The Ohio supreme court ruled against the republican trying to disenfranchise over 200K voters again this year! Pulling the same tactics from 2000 and 2004. Obama is on it this time. I agree. I was there with you all and played for 3 or 4 hours before you came on. I got the frozen PS3 where you have to hard boot it 4 times all night. Was a little irritating but it does seem they are getting better. Now where's are first map pack already!?!?!?! ;D

You are taking out of context his statement. The wealth is this country does need to be spread out. Under Bush and his stupid tax cuts the wealthy have gotten more and more wealthy and the middle class are being pushed into poor and lower class category. That's a fact. The media did what Johnny Mac should have done before opening his big fat mouth in the debate about him. Johnny even apologized on Letterman for bringing him up. HOw do you righties not see that? It was JOhnny who bright him into the fray, NOT Obama. It's the McCain campaign trying to use him, (unsuccessfully) to point out untrue things about Obama tax plan. "Cue the jeopardy theme music please"... here's some fun facts about Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher; He's not a licensed plumber, he makes 40k a year, the business he wants to buy only makes 100k a year, he owes almost 1200$ in back taxes and is a registered republican who voted in the primaries!!! How is that smearing him? Those are facts. I ask anyone here in this thread, do you know ANY plumber that makes over 250K a year? That is a valid question being that Johnny Mac is trying to exploit plumbers for their vote by using Obama's tax plan.
