Thats fucked. I recieved it as an email from a buddy. Either way, American or Canadian. Thats a pretty sweet shot and another one for the good guys, or girls as it may be, lol.

Real Miss Canada This 19 year old ex-cheerleader (Canadian Forces Sniper) was watching a road that led to a NATO military base when she observed a man digging by the road. She engaged the target (i.e. , she shot him). It turned out he was a bomb maker for the Taliban , and he was burying an IED that was to be detonated when a Canadian patrol walked by 30 minutes later. It would have certainly killed and wounded several soldiers. The interesting fact of this story is the shot was measured at 725 yards. She shot him as he was bent over burying the bomb. The shot went through his butt and into the bomb which detonated; he was blown to pieces. The Air Force made a motivational poster of her: (Folks, that's a shot 25 yards longer than seven football fields!) And the last thing that came out of his mouth .. was his ass! If You Can Not Stand Behind Our Troops , please Feel Free To Stand In Front Of Them! The picture didnt come through properly, but Im sure you all get the drift. Thought some would enjoy so I decided to share!! PS. The motivational poster that didnt come through had a caption on it stating....."Security Forces Snipers, Nothing blends in better in the environment like 1/4 carat diamond earrings and lip gloss!" LOL

Ahh, gotcha. Yah, its kind of crappy that Hulu doesnt work up here. You may be able to watch some of them on Global.ca. My wife has picked up a few episodes on there when she misses them. -

before each new episode they replay the previous episode with explanations of certain scenes on the bottom. At least they do this where I am. Not sure if this is everywhere, but it should be. It still doesnt fully explain everything but it puts a little extra perspective out there. -

Im Canadian and yah, Im a bit upset over the outcome. Canada just ran into a white hot Goalie in Miller. Brodeur played like crap. Oh well, just have to play an extra game to get to where we should be. Good shit USA. Good game all around!

Yah, my wife just had the same vista guardian popups on her laptop She thought she got rid of them but after about 4 hrs it had strategically shut down her pc. She had to have her laptop restored to factory settings. It was a nasty one.

The larger mode Domination got quite entertaining with all the air strikes and stuff you can call in as Platoon leader and Officer in Charge. yeah domination was entertaining and it was a pretty good glimpse at what it will be like when there are even more people to be added to a map. i thought the beta was great and that it is even better to play with clans or friends on it. only thing that i am wondering about on it is if you can have more than 8 people in a squad and if you can merge squads where you can talk to the other squad too or not. I believe the platoon leader can open up the mic system so you can talk to the other squads.

I usually cant stand FPS, let alone respawns. Ive been a Socom boy since the beginning, but this game grabbed me. The tactical capabilities and possibilities make this game soooooo much more fun than Modern Campfare 2.

This last part of the Beta was great. If you have the whole squad full with your clan and have no moron randoms, this game rocks. You can get incredibly tactical. Unlocking some of the attachments made the game that much better. I am really looking forward to the finished product and more maps, modes, and guns/perks. Apparently they already have DLC in the works. A welcome alternative to Socom.
