The one thing I am wondering about is the number of vehicles on a map. i.e. 10 tanks on caspian border or 10 scout helicopters on noshar canals lol

Looks like we will have to look to a different studio for the revival of the SOCOM series (or something like it). It also makes you wonder wether sony had a big hand in pressuring Zipper to make socom appeal to the CoD crowd, hence ruining the game and killing off the socom franchise.

Ya the key there is "a few bucks a month". 5 bucks max I think. Lets hope this rent-a-server works as well for the console as it has for the PC

Maybe Socom Confrontation just spoils me. Im fine with paying for DLC (as long as it is worth the $15) its just making somebody rent a server is just something Im not familiar with. I guess it will be something I have to get used to. It just sucks cause I barely have enough money to pay my bills and afford a $60 game every 6 months or so since Im just a college student. $60 is a large amount of money to me so when you add on $15 here and there it really takes a toll. -
