I dunno if anyone has talked about this b4 but, I currently run a 1v1 double elimination Knife tournament within Team Players and our recruits and friends join up. Its a whole lot of fun and switch up the fighting arena. Once we did cross roads and you had to stay under the middle where you pick the bomb up and Kasbah in the middle, We have a King of the Tourney, who in turn picks the next arena and winners get a special icon on their player page, its a blast, we have had three of them now, and just run them on our light weeks.

A lot of people complained about the seals having a silenced weapon, and the terrorists didn's have 1, so a lot people would cling to the seal side

Lol, now that they changed the FAMAS, I wonder what gun everyone will bitch about next? Or what will be the new gun of choice? Socom1: M4A1 SD Socom2: IW 80 Socom3 & CA: F90 Socom Confrontation: FAMAS G2 "Insert New Gun Here" or maybe nobody will talk shit about guns anymore, then it wouldn't really be soocom anymore lol.

I would love to see the old socoms way showing total deaths and kills during the game rather than seeing my current deaths and kills for that round, but this leaps and bounds into the right direction.

At the end of the day if you stress too much about what the other guy is doing, your going to forget about what you should be doing, having fun. You can only do so much to avoid the people taking advantage of exploits, and this league is probably one the biggest steps, I have not seen another community that screens clans the way you all do, and Socom would be better if they did this screening at the store hehe.

Lol, a player in our clan posted up that moneys been tight, and he got an offer to sell his ps3 and was going to retire (for the third time) to get his life back on track. Fell for it full heartedly, even though hes only 16 and lives with his parents lol, sigh how can money be that tight at 16.

Lol, we ended up trying to play a war during this mess, people would just appear next to you, was not the best experience. on a side note, that text feature is retarded, you can have 15 people join it, shut it down, see all the msgs being sent like psn msgs, while your alive running around in socom. I really hope they shut it down for socom some how.

Release of Patch 1.42 Posted by SOCOM: Confrontation Online Team Patch 1.42 has made it through the QA process and is ready to be released. It will be deployed after 2 a.m. (Pacific Time) on April 2nd. As we announced last week, the patch will address the following issues: Fixed an issue where players were spawning in incorrect locations. Fixed an issue where players who were voted out of a game were not removed from the game until the end of the round. Addressed an issue where the ragdoll would sometimes receive extreme values. Added some bandwidth optimizations to improve the overall on-line experience, especially under less than ideal network conditions. More bandwidth optimizations to come in future updates. As we also mentioned last week, we have already been working on Patch 1.5. We will give you more details on that later this week. You can comment on this post here.

lol, there are obvious things and non obvious things. but i get your point. I just read something about there being a rule that it is suggested only reps can speak before the war begins, I just wanna make sure we are prepared and organized

Hey, I was wondering if there was a set of general rules that UF follows for Confrontation? Most communities are the same, but they all have their own differences. What you consider a glitch? For Example, the mountain next to the terr small spawn on Fallen is a glitch in some communities and not others. I have read some specific tourney rules you have, but I was just curious if you have a general set of Confrontation and general Urgent fury rules.

You may want to do some research on these, they were developed in China and there has not been extensive testing on the affects of these yet.

Hi UF Community, I recently registered for UF forumns and thought I would introduce myself. I have been playing socom for about 8 years (since the start of socom 1). Have made a lot a friends a long the way and its always goog to meet more, I firmly believe that it is not the game, but who you play it with that makes the experience.
