Personally, I am enjoying the regime change so far and all of the itentions are geared to growing and making the community better. From all the posts it looks like there is potential for a great place to play to be a whole lot better, and with that I am keeping an optimistic and open mind. I think TOW and Sniper left UF in great hands thus far, keep up the good work.

Legally you will still have to pay him the money, If they ask for a new cheque (which they will have to since they expire after three months) you are obligated to do so. Their incompetence is no excuse for theft. I wouldn't go banging down their door or anything, but if they pursue it, give them a new cheque.

Yeah but defective cars = unsafe roads , which leades to fatalities, which leads to law suits. (good for business to recall) Defective games leads to nerds bitching on forums... which usually would be really bad for business to recall.

Same here, along with most of the replies..... on that note, let the record stand straight I invinted the internet, internet gaming, socom clans, Your mothers and time itself all while trying to develop my plan to take of the world with a diabolical scheme involving the guy from the old fat boy slim video "Celebrate you baby" (which I also wrote).

Language is what you make of it..... there are thousands of new words since shakespears time, Language evolves over time and there is no right or wrong, it is all about what people use a word for a the time, words live and die with usage and the meaning of them is justified by the user.

I thought it about on the way home, I will make a template that can be used for a UF blacks. I may just start from scratch, but I'll put some work into it. There's no need to waste time making calculations and such. I'll figure something easy out, I've already got ideas for conditional formatting so that clans that have put in 5 months will automatically be highlighted, I don't think this will take me very long at all, least I can do to help with UF stuff.

If you need a calculator, your using excel wrong here's an example of a formula I just made so I dont have to type any numbers at all (except for rounds won) =IF(D6="YES",5,0)+IF(E6="YES",0,0)+IF(F6="YES",2,0)+C6 I put that into a cell and then if I type YES in cell D6 (win column), 5 points gets added to the total, if I type YES in the E6 (Losses) then 0 points get added, and YES for F6 (ties) 2 pojnts get added. C6 is my rounds won and I just type the number for that.... That formula Pumps out the total points for that game.

This is pretty exciting since we (Canada) lost our legalization battle. Our courts told the government to change the law, and they had one year, then the government ignored that lol... this is good news though, to be truly free you should have the freedom of choice. They also neglected to mention the amount of money saved from looking for the 5.3 million pot plants they seized last year, detaining "Marijuana Criminals"... marijuana is not a crime and users should not be treated as criminals. Think of the advantages this could have if they took the money spent on drug enforcement and put it into education. They also say that drug use will go up by 30% if legalized due to dropping prices... that just means the same ppl will smoke more, not that new users will take over all that 30%. Statiscally, countries with legalized drugs have the same estimates of ppl who use drugs and abuse drugs than the same countries (netherlands) who have criminilize it, but the netherlands has a lot lower crime rate. ^^ This is good stuff, hope this goes through.

I believe I posted about this in the anticipated games thread a while back ^^ Since playing fallout3, I am a big fan of Bethesda, and I have seen multiple reviews for wet. I think its a cross breed of mirrors edge and Max Payne... (although the game was described as a max Payne/(anothergame) mix. This game looks sick, it is very different, I love the slow down time elements of of max Payne and prince of Persia. The double gun style is really cool too, you control one gun with the left stick and the other one auto aims on targets, so you can auto on one and pick a second target and kill two enemies at the same time, all the while doing some crazy upside down air kick in slow motion. Apparently the A.I is pretty smart and every kill should be unique ( I think) which makes it good play through that doesn't get stale by the end. This game is very exciting, and the art style is creative. Most likely picking this up early in its release ^^

thats funny, cause we (my roomates and I) have had 3 drives die in the last year, 2x 500 Gigs... and most recently my 250 Gig. (We have a lot of network traffic though, and use them a fair bit) Viruses don't attack H/W only S/W, or least from what I understand. When my 250 gig drive died, it pretty much read the same thing as I recall, the comp couldnt find it and since my OS was on that drive it wouldnt go anywhere past that point. It also was making terrible noises, and apparently the was the signal that my drive was dead The noises were kinda like a CD skipping in a CD player when you move it, but a bit louder. dunno if that helps.
