Story by Griffin McElroy @ Joystiq.com. Activision’s been hesitant to talk about whether its upcoming soon-to-be-blockbuster Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 would also bust blocks on the Wii — despite the fact that the franchise’s last outing, Black Ops, appeared on the console. During today’s investor’s call, Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg brought said hesitation to an end, explaining, “We’re pleased to have recently confirmed that we will release a Modern Warfare 3 Wii SKU this year, so as not to leave any of the community out of the excitement.” Score: 0 (0 votes cast) More...

Sony has confirmed that US retail chain Gamestop will not be stocking pre-paid PSN cards until sometime in 2009. According to Kotaku, a Gamestop employee received a note from Sony stating that the new POS upgrade was initially planned for this year, but has been pushed back until next year. For the time being, PSN cards are only available at Pamida, Meijer and Speedway, with three new retail outlets being added in September. The three new stores that will be added include Riteaid, Blockbuster, and 7-Eleven.

If anyone has any extra CD of CA i got a scratch back before summer and threw it away.. now blockbuster wants $16 for a used one. Since I don't play that much anyways I wasn't gonna spend it. But if anyone has an extra that they don't use or is looking to sell let me know and you can just ship it threw the mail in a slightly larger envelope so there will be no S&H
