So I am making a pork shoulder this weekand using a mexican wet rub. But in doing this, I will need to wrap the pork shoulder in bananna leafs. This will not only smoke the shoulder but will cause a steam like action as well. But where can I get bananna leafs? Sent from my LS670 using Tapatalk

So as the wife was at work, and I was grabbing a snack before I fired up the PS3, the question is posed...what kind of food do you prep that your Mom would say "I didn't teach him that" probably in disgust. I have a simple starter.... I toast some bread, and while it's toasting, cut a couple slices of Velveeta, butter the toast, throw it in the microwave for about 25 sec. and walla, Grilled Cheese. All I dirtied was a knife, the sandwhich is on a papertowl so the "plate" will be thrown away when done.

Anyone watch this show? Its about a high school chemistry teacher cooking meth, its actually pretty cool, anyone else watch it?
