Easy schedule? Yeah we started out with the courgars. But they won there division a year ago. Then we went to ann arbor and tore thorugh the wolverines. Fresno State is also a fairly good team. We had the chance to be up setted by anyone of those teams.

Honestly why isn't Kansas not the #1 team in the nation? They are the only undefeated team in the big boy leagues. Can someone explain this to me.

Because kansas had a lighter first half of the season...The voters didn't really notice them until they were 6-0, 7-0...stuff like that. Thats why having a fairly strong schedule in the start of the season is vital.

Ya I guess easily beating 4 top 25 teams in the nation means nothing to them. Oh and beating Nebraska by about 50 points. Of course after ISU beats them they won't be #1 anymore.

Look at all these guys crying about Kansas and their teams not getting the respect they deserve, lol. Welcome to our world, the Pac-10 doesn't get respect ever, even after USC gets the championship they're forgotten the next week.

 

Until there is a definitive playoff system the championship will always be meaningless to someone.

WOW andawg that is because the Pac-10 up and down for the last 5 years has been weak. USC has been the only team to shine in the conference in those 5 years. Ya cal had a couple of good years but hey. Up and down the 2 best conferences in college football is the Big 12 and the SEC. But even the SEC isn't having its banner years. What do they have 2-3 teams in the top 25. Sorry don't know off hand. Then look at the big 12... 4 teams in the top 25. There were 6 including Oklahoma state and Nebraska. And Kansas has beat them all except for Missou.

 

So I am by no means a Kansas fan. I am an Iowa State University fan. And a big 12 fan.
