This is not a flame- Thank you for posting the info (looks kool) and I will buy it when it hits ps3. But here is my observation of FPS games.

 

I always find it kind of funny to see FPS games... The guy shuffles like he is on cross country skis... Then he magically opens the doors without using his hands! Its amazing! He turns knobs while never taking his hands of the gun... FPS are truly the "reality shooter" lmfao

I don't want to have to get used to first person. Really I don't. However, This Game looks very cool. I love the scopes, they seem to be Very clear, and any game with blood splatter is nice. DO YOU HERE ME SONY, BRING BACK THE BLOOD!

I believe it is back on Confrontation. The preview video has blood in it.

This is the first game I bought when I had my 360 and to tell you the truth, I wasn't impressed at all. This is a 1st person shooter except when looking around corners or on a fast rope. It is respawn on all on-line gameplay and people spawn camp the shit out of you. People played the same map and only one map at all times which gets old as hell. If anyone has played this on the 360, you can vouch what I'm talking about. Honestly guys, the only thing your going to be impressed with is the graphics and Co-op and that's it.

Respawn is the commonly played version...but it is not forced respawn, rooms are created that way. It is difficult to find a room that is not respawn however.

RESPAWN IS ALL YOU WILL EVER FIND. You are correct, you can set the game up the way you want but the way the game is designed, you can only play it as respawn or the match will last about 20 seconds and it's game over.

 

EVERYONE will play the Casino map. This is how it will unfold and please save this post so I can say I told you so.

 

Everyone will play the Casino map after about the 1st week. Respawn will be on and the map play will be to plant the bomb.

 

One team will spawn on the rooftop and one team will spawn in the basement in the computer room. One team will camp the bomb for 20 minutes and spawn camp the other team so they can rack up points for on-line rank. At exactly 1 second, the team camping the bomb will go into the circle and win the game. This will happen over and over and over and over. It SUCKS!!!!

 

I would rent before I bought it. It's a cool game but it sucks about after the first couple of weeks. It's not addictive like socom by any means but it is a next Generation game with the graphics and how you can customize your characters.

 

I do have to say that the Co-Op is like no other, it's badass. This is one portion of the game that I loved. If you have played Gears of War, then It's just like that. The On-line game sucked ass but the Co-Op and single player was kickass. I haven't seen another shooter game out there that has a badass Co-Op and single player as this one.

Man I dont like re-spawn, Its okay for like the fist 10-15 minutes, after that it gets boring, Yeah screw that I'm happy with socom, even though its has it flaws... it keeps me happy, I have enjoyed the game for years now and will stay with it, I was going to give R6 a try but if its just re-spawn..... hell they can keep that BS.

Well if us SOCOM players go to Rainbow 6 and take our style of gameplay it will improve and won't e so bad. Sides, I love co-op. Co-op on most games is cool, Blazing Angels, Combined Assault....Lets play some co-op, I'll be there in 23 days.

Yes there is respawn and the geography of the maps it is hard to spawn camp, Not to mention you have a 5-6 Second Shield when you spawn. Spawn camping in R6 isn't like socom spawn camping, and they aren't even in the spawn hardly they are setup around your spawn, and it is easy to break a teams strategy

 

Nope play plenty of different Maps, mostly the new Map Pack or Streets

 

Hello Camping?? Weren't you here for the First Week of UF:B2.. Most draws I have ever seen on that map. And there are more than one game type if you don't like attack and defend.

 

I have played many close call games, playing team sharp shooter (Suppression) with the win kill in the last 3 seconds

My brother was telling me that there is a rank-up glitch, where people don't touch their controller the last round or something and it gets there rank up? I hope they fix this for the PS3 version.

Rank is based on how much time you spend in the game not on skill.! & the higher your rank the more things you unlock, so it really isn't a big deal.!

 

On all of that other stuff, Cuz i have to disagree with you, i haven't played R6 or 360 in a while, but when i do, & i play R6 we Hardly EVER play respawn.

I know a few clans that play it, & if you play with friends it is an incredible game.!!

 

We play a lot of "LVU Campus", but one thing for sure the Co-op is the fukin shit.!!

NO, it is not respawn only. he just means that everyone plays it, & if you go searching for a room, thats all you will find.

 

But, Just like Socom we make our own rooms, & dont play in Pubby's anyway.!

Don't take my opinion on this game as if I was writing it in stone.  Buy or rent the game and make your OWN opinions on it.

 

I'm just stating this is what I encountered playing this game on the 360.  For me, it sucked ass on-line, but the Co-Op and Single player was awesome.
