Finally got my PS3!

Unfortunately, its the 40Gig.. I went to buy the 80 gig, and Best Buy, Sears, Walmart, and Circuit City did NOT have any left. Circuit City advised me that sony "unofficially" has discontinued the 80 gig.

 

Best buy also advised that they wont be selling anything but the 40gig until the 120gig PS3 comes out.

 

This leads me to believe that they'll hopefully be including some sort of update soon to allow emulation for backwards compatability on the 40gig. I mean why would they have sooooo many versions of the ps3, and have just 1 that does NOT allow back compat. And if they dont... we'll im going to be quite cranky for a very long time

 

Anywho...

 

I guess the rumors about a newer ps3 are looking a bit more confirmed. (I've yet to read anything actually confirming it, which is why Im saying that)

They should JUST SELL THE DAMN HD that a PS3 owner wants and they can just shove it into the damn shell!

 

Then they can make all the 300G, 800G, 20G, 75G and 2.73G that they want!
