yes you can, buy a cordless keyboard and a buy a splitfish controller. its like a mouse and keyboard, but if you use a splitfish on cod you are a noob, why, with splitfish you can play with insane sensitivity, you can do a 360 in o time, but the splitfish is great for unreal tournament 3. if you like the mouse you should get it.

Me and a clan mate are checking it out- The only thing I dont like is the way the game looks... The subject matter and game play are for adults- But the look is for a 8 year old... WTF lol So... I cant decide if I want to drop 60 bucks on it or not.

it looks like that because if you played the older civilization games they drive you nuts from like the 2d graphics, this is much better with the same feel as a civilization pc game, it doesnt look childish its just their way of making it better graphics, also take my advice and shut the advisors off, they will piss you off.

no my friend does, i went over to his house and played it for like 3 hours straight, and beat him. it actually feels like a civilization game, but like other civilizatiion games the darn advisors wont shut up. i already know i built a freaking city.

I guess I am just a star craft/ age of empires guy- I need good lookin toons to go with my RTS... I think the game play is sick though and may get my imagination going enough to look past it- It does look nice though.

Wow I held off on getting the game but now seeing that alot of people are going to be playing it and we can war each other I think ill have to pick it up very soon. We should start up a little league for this if we can get enough people

I have a question.

 

You say that multiple people can play this online.

I ASSUME you have your own profile and progress on your own country, and you bring that to the table when you battle others online?

Or is it like a SOCOM or CoD4 game where both sides start with some stock type of profile and battle each other from there?

online you start from scratch each time, you choose your civilization and start from scratch( Unless you do a scenario where the scenario tells you what you start out with, either way both sides are equal.

ya i rented it and the first night i played i went for like a 6 hour session or untile 4 in the morning. i like to upgrade all my cities before i attack everyone.
