Wait, I thought that was me hitting R3 on accident! Maybe I wasn't pay attention, but I thought the reloading issue was if you walk on something during a reload it stops the reloading. I didn't know that sometime it reloads by itself?!!

dont forget it will stop if your too close to a building or object too. i forgot trained navy seals cant reload when close to a wall!
