Coors Lite with MGD cap

I bought a 12 pack and one of the bottles had a MGD cap on it. I assume they are bottled by the same company, but I couldn't find which company.

 

Is this worth keeping, or drink it down? Also, is it a common mistake by bottling companies?

It might have been poisoned, is another theory. And the brewery or place of origin should be on there somewhere. I would look into that about possible mistake.

When you first go to work at a beer distributer, you spend the first day in repack. Repack is where they bring all the broken cases from stores, and we wash off the bottles, and repack them in new 12 packs. You may get beer from a month ago with fresh beer. Ya just never know.

 

There is a secret to finding out what cases are repack cases, but I can't tell you. It's a closely guarded secret in the beer industry, and I may get visited by guys in dark glasses and coats from what little I've already disclosed.

I hear ya! But in these tough times, sacrifices have to be made. :'( I usually drink Guinness exclusively, but I find Coors Lite to be a cheap decent tasting beer. I consider myself a beer snob, but that can get expensive.
