What are these info boxes? Old PS3 vs New PS3 Vids

These are vids of comparing the old PS3 to the new one. But what are those boxes in the beginning of each vid? The light blue one in the middle and the info box in the upper right corner. I've never seen them before. Just curious.

if it is 3.0....what is the point of those boxes? what do they do? the info they give? they seem useless to me right now, guess we find out later when the patch is released.

Maybe your right about the Euro version. Because they both have 2.80 on them.

That's definitely not 3.0 the information board is still the same it 's gonna change after 3.0 isn't it?

 

Those boxes are from the TV the top left one says no time information. The blue one is probably just like a computer screen when you turn on the computer screen without turning on the computer just letting you know that it's on and ready.

He probably did, either that or he's on cheapo internet and downloaded a bad update.

No product is going to be perfect everytime out of the box.

I usually have to buy a new controller every few months. And my last one has lasted over a year now.

And my PS2 I only owned 1 for like 5 or 6 years.
