Anyone else having issue accessing their clan page via a PC?

It better be. That whole compete section has virtual and real prizes. So they have to be "Johnny on the spot" with this game. What would be the point of the compete section if they are gonna let people run rampandt. In fact, I dare say that because of the compete section, they will even more vigilant than ever before.

Good. Plus, with the video capture feature, it should be pretty easy to verify cheaters and glitchers.

No one knows what it did. lol And I was on Elite via my PS3 last night it was running great. Zero delay, zero. I was able to pop in via the game and check a lot of it out, and then pop right back into MW3. It was running a Hell of a lot better on my PS3 than it ever has on my PC. Last night at least, for the short time I was on it.

It is hit or miss still. RVN was able to start a clan. Some of our members are just having issues joining and getting invites. We're up to level six already from all the founder points. But I never expected the fee to pay for itself with just Elite. The real value will be when the DLC is released. Also, I'm not upset at all this isn't working 100% right now. The game is just under two weeks old. So I knew there was gonna be server issues. And I have faith that IW will fix everything. But then again, I said the same thing about Zipper. All I know is, when it's running, Elite is one of the coolest features on a game I have ever seen.

So I keep this commercial about DoubleMySpeed.com. So I started to do some research and seen there are several free sites that offer the same service. One that cnet.com recommended was CClearner. So I was wondering if anyone here as any recommendations. And do these really work.

Yep. It's not part of the intended game. And if you do something like this, you are more likely to glitch again. A clan was banned for over a year here because of the last prestigue glitch. It didn't give them an advantage per se, it was more about their character that they did it. This is the same thing. Whenever I see someone's name like this, I report it.

You make some valid points. But money talks I guess. It's probably hard for a developer to try to improve what they are making, when every game they release sells millions and millions of copies. Which is probably why they are using recycled building graphics. I wonder why no one has come out with a shooter that is like Little Big Planet. Where you designs the maps yourself and share them with the world. Thanks. I just seen that this morning.

Yea, people are asking about the clan system on the CoD forums. But it's hard to give any advice with Elite being down. Where?

Has anyone been able to access Elite yet? And if so, have you tried to access the clan functions? It has been hit or miss for me. But one thing that I'm confused about is the clan functions. There is a tab for "My Clan", but when you click on it it tells says you have to be part of a clan. Which is understandable, but I didn't see a tab for create a clan. Also, has anyone been able to connect your ID or game with Facebook. I seen on the options page there is something to enable Facebook, but that's about it. How do access Facebook via MW3?

Exactly my point. How excited would SOCOM vets be if Zipper came out and said, "We made SOCOM 1 & 2 for the PS3. And all we did was update the graphics and added some new maps. Nothing else changed." Well, in my opinion, that's what Infinity Ward did. They kept what we loved, and updated the graphics, and added a little more extras. But essentially made the same game.

I don't get this at all. It's all over the SOCOM forums and also on the RVN forums. The didn't need to fix something that wasn't broke. They didn't try to reinvent the wheel like Zipper did. Because that worked out so well for them. The Modern Warfare series was and is awesome the way it is. So to call MW3 a glorified map pack doesn't make sense. They actually listened to their customers and keep giving them what they want. And it's not the same game totally, it looks better and sounds better. It feels the exact same way which is great. It should. Again, there wasn't anything wrong with the way it felt. And your right, the menu screen is pretty much the same. But so what? It wasn't broke so why would they change it? I'm just saying calling MW3 a glorified map pack is completely disingenuous.
