I agree about the missions, but the match making in this game is pretty flawless. Whenever I didn't have a fellow clan mate to run with, I used the match making system and only had to wait a few seconds. I still use the match making system now when I want to complete those daily missions now. And I'm still hopeful they will add something PvP for the Dark Zone. The next update is titled "Conflict", so that kinda gives me hope.

I'm curious what everyone here thinks of The Division. I'm addicted. It's already gotten me in trouble with my better half several times now. It has it's flaws, but I really love it. And they seem to be on top of any issues that come up. But if they added a PvP Dark Zone area with private matching, I think it would be clan revival like no other. Aside from the snap to cover system, it feels very SOCOM like. Anyway, I thought since I haven't posted here in a while, I would start out with something easy.

When I double click the "New" icon to make it "Old" it doesn't mark this section as read. They still show up when I click "New Post".

The game hasn't even been out two weeks. But back on topic since we were side tracked with useless critiques. I was having very little server issues while playing the past three nights. Maybe 2-3 times I was booted. But I haven't had a chance to try the private room function yet. I'm actually still learning things about this game every day. I will say this though. This is the best game I have played in loooong time. I drained my controller almost empty due to playing so much. That hasn't happened in long time. And I was on until midnight last night even though my alarm was set to 3:30am. I didn't want to shut the game off. But even with respawn modes, the game focuses totally on tactics. And the non-respawn mode reminds me totally of SOCOM. There needs to be more game modes that are non-respawn though. The mic's aren't perfect, but they are still damn good. I personally have not experience any lag what so ever. It would be nice to have larger parties and rooms, but it isn't a game killer. To address the title of this thread, "Does UF and UF clans have any interest in Ghost Recon Future Soldier?" Simply put, Hell yes! IMO, BF3 is the band-aid for the wounds caused by SOCOM 4 and MW3. GRFS is the cure.

Does this mean that ANY video enabled website will work? Or just YouTube? Any computer or applications people have any theories? I mean, now when you go to YouTube it tells you that the Flash player needs to be installed. So does this mean that the Flash player needed will work on any site? Or can they limit the video player just to work on YouTube?

OK, your right. But when you say, "This is exactly what I have a problem with. Ya'll aren't capable of running quality tourneys for multiple games at once.", it basically sounds like the same thing. But all I'm sayin' is, if you want a tourney for this game provide constructive feedback about the game. Also, spread the word about UF. Shane, and the small staff here cannot do the promoting all alone. And you also have to remember. It wasn't a matter of UF not being "capable of running quality tourneys". The games lately have not been designed for tournament gaming. Not SOCOM 4, not MW3, and not BF3. None of these games work under current conditions. Or if they do now, it was months after release and the interest in those games is gone. A lot of clans here can attest to that. It has been hard enough to keep clans together with the crap lately. Let alone an entire tournament site.

Have you been able to set up a room, and start and finish a game without ANY issues? A 6v6 game? It might help to pass on this information to the people here at UF. Instead of telling them how much they suck. Might help us all. I thought this still was a gamers "community".

When you bring up that blue line, it tells where the current objective is. You can turn it off by double tapping R2.

I'm getting used to the "X" button being the sprint button. Mainly because I only use it in the beginning when I leave the safe spawn area. But I think your right Soprano. I think that's why they have the sprint to cover system. And in any interview or article the Dev's emphasize the Hell outta of tactics. So I can only assume they were thinking you should hardly ever being running around. Because the "R2" button would have been the logical choice considering what you use it for. The grenade arc is great. It even shows the trajectory if it is banked off the wall of something else. The spawn system works, again, like the MAG, IMO. I am personally disappointed that they made the game in 720p only HDTV resolution.

Thought I would start a thread to get everyone's input. And also any glitches or problems. I can compile them all into one thread or post and let the Dev's know on their forums. So far my biggest complaint is that they have the "X" button as your sprint. The weapon progression system is almost identical to MAG in my opinion. I think the cover system is a helluva lot better than SOCOM 4's.

Yea, I seen that too. All you have to do is link any Ubisoft game, your PSN ID, and a Uplay account.
