The PlayStation Network's roll of big-whiz exclusives just got one game longer. Bucharest developer Zen Studios has unveiled Punisher: No Mercy over at the PlayStation blog, an arena-based online first-person shooter inspired by Marvel's gritty comicbook anti-hero.
There are, says Zen managing director Zsolt Kigyossy, three things you need to know about this game. For starters, it's "the first ever first-person shooter developed exclusively for PSN." Secondly, it runs on the stupidly popular Unreal Engine 3 - or as Kigyossy prefers to describe it, "the ultimate FPS engine." Last of all, it rips a whole bunch of characters direct from the Punisher comics, including Jigsaw, Bushwacker, Barracuda and Silver Sable.
