  1. lol! Love the response. Shacks, something you'll find here in the UF Community is that this is a VERY tight-knit community. Everyone here has a high degree of respect for each other which was garnered by wars fought within the different tournaments here and even from the various posts made on these boards by participating clan members. While having Pride in your clans record is understandable, boasting about it here actually brings the wrong kind of attention to you and your clan. Like Prane said, check out the forum section titled Hell Week sign-ups. If you decide to go through it, keep in mind that not only is your record an influencing factor, but how you and your clanmates conduct themselves will also weigh heavily as to whether or not you pass. Good luck!
  2. I tend to agree with Shawdow.....they should be recognized. I also think that he/she/they may not necessarily need or want rank within a clan's chain of command, but neither should they be treated as a regular member. A clans founding member(s) should have a preferred status, something where they can still help to insure that the overall direction of the clan is heading the way that he/she/they may have envisioned. Like a vote in clan matters or a voice in a clan's council.
  3. Interesting questions.... Since the PS3 is a DLNA Player, it would stand to reason that if there's a DLNA compliant Server on the network, you should be able to stream media from the Server to the Player. Found these articles: http://www.prlog.org/10029365-the-world-first-nas-for-playstation3-xbox360-dlna-media-streaming.html http://www.qnap.com/images/products/Application/TS109AP08.htm Haven't tried it myself, but it looks like it'll work. As far as your 2nd question.....not really sure you want to be doing that for security reasons. But. If you want to access your home PC and it's contents from the outside world: http://www.access-remote-pc.com/help/connecting-router.shtm There's also Real VNC (http://www.realvnc.com) that allows the same thing. You could try using Windows built-in Remote Access also....haven't done it myself, but I'm betting there's some Vista/XP Firewall setups, Router Port/Port Forwarding setups involved. Good Luck!
  4. Yup....you know, that's twice that Carradine scored a starring role from Lee. 1 was Kung Fu, the other was Silent Flute (or Circle of Iron), 1978.
  5. For $200 I would've looked for a set of Tommy Armour 845's on ebay. Those were my first set and one of the most forgiving/playable irons I've ever owned. Currently a 5.6 hdcp and I agree with Hog.....it's all about the short game. Anything inside 100 yrds, especially the odd stuff like 30/45/70 yd wedge shots. When I was a 12 hdcp I focused on working my wedge game....full-swing, 3/4, 1/2 swings and getting a good feel for far those shot carried, also worked on putting and got down to 3 hdcp in about 3 months (worked for golf resort at the time). Currently using Callaway X-20 Tours, Titlelist D2 driver, callaway tour wedges, Titlelist 3, 5, hybrid metals and an old ping anser putter. I've got a set of Titlelist 690's and Wilson Pi5's also. Portland has some really nice courses....lived there for about 4 years. Really liked Eastmoreland, Rose City and Quail Valley. Progress Downs (now called Red Tail?) was fun when it was dry as well as Meriwether.
