    Well Bethesda did say Fallout IS an RPG with a shooter element added to it. They added the shooter element that way people wouldn't say that all they did was make a different version of Oblivion. You pretty much said exactly what an RPG is. You could do the main quest or you could also do the side quests. Isn't that what an RPG is all about? You upgrading the things that you take with you and do quests that determine the path you ultimately take

    I actually think that Uncharted 2 had the best trailer. GOW3 didn't show THAT much as it was more of a 15 second teaser than actual trailer. Dante's Inferno looks pretty interesting.. I'm looking forward to learning more about this as time goes on. But besides those 3.. borrrinnnnnggggg

    GTA4. Everything seemed a little weird like LitteBigPlanet winning PS3 game of the year (Metal Gear Solid 4 got hosed) Eh.. it was a boring show, pretty much. Not many awards given out. MGS4 DID get best graphics but eh.. definitely didn't seem fair to me

    Ebay=friend I never buy things like memory cards from actual stores or online stores because they are WAY overpriced. Ebay users put it like it is and give you the price it really SHOULD be. I bought a 4 gb microsd card for my phone for about 15 bucks on Ebay, but on the T-Mobile website, the 2 gb microsd is 40 bucks while 4 gb is 60 bucks. As Tow stated, technology is just like that.. either you buy it and the price drops or you buy it and a newer version comes out. You just have to take chances. Personally, I'm not about having the most updated technology (hell my cell was made in 2006) but, about what works for me at a decent price. I just stick with Ebay.. because those are the REAL prices things should pretty much be

    How you get the demo?!! :-[ The demo came out in Japan for the 360 last week.. some files surfaced onto the internet and I was able to get it and burn it to a CD. The 360 read it as a media CD and I was able to get the demo, in full english

    I have the RE5 demo and it's awesome. The controls are SLOWWWWWWWWWW as hell (aiming) but the graphics, the environment, it's all awesome. I have a blast playing it co-op and such. Definitely challenging. I can't wait for this game to come out. I've played every RE, even Umbrella chronicles on the Wii. I just hope they never kill off LEON!

    Yeah, man.. that was an absolutely amazing war. Was definitely intense and had its crazy ass moments. Out of all 13 rounds won, I think about 9 of them were decided within the last minute of the match! Good run through the tournament guys. Definitely can't wait to play you guys again!

    Farnsworth is inconsistent but he'll give it his all every day. I actually semi-liked him when he was in NY. DEfinitely would've rather had him than stupid ol' Pudge. I guess you totally missed the part where I said the Yankees have people in their farm system that aren't ready for the big leagues. Yeah? yeah. Both Hughes and Kennedy weren't as ready as they thought they would be. By the way, Joba only got hurt because they tried extending him while the season was already in effect. Do you know how hard it is to convert from a set-up man to a dominant starter in a matter of weeks? Obviously, you don't. You also don't realize how dominant Joba was unless you watched all his games. Joba's ERA tells it all. He was EXTREMELY dominant as a starter, but had absolutely NO run support. He gave up one or two runs and got a loss because the team couldn't hit behind him. I also guess that you don't know that as of now, the Yankees rotation is CC, Wang, Joba, Hughes, and whoever else they sign. Oh, and I'm SURE the Yankees will sign Manny when their outfield right now is: Cabrera(Cameron)Gardner, Nady, Matsui/Damon.. you're right.. the Yankees will sign him.

    The Yankees bought some of that team, too. Shane Spencer only came up for a month+playoffs and he just happened to be a hot rookie in 1998. Scott Brosius, Tino Martinez, Chuck Knoblauch were all taken in off the market and it worked out. Oh and by the way.. CC isn't even close to the end of his career. You're stupid. How is signing possibly one of the top 5 pitchers in baseball who's in the middle of his prime a bad thing? If CC does decide NOT to opt out, he will be only 35 by the end of his contract. How can you even say because of this deal that the Yankees will probably get Randy Johnson. You make no sense. The Yankees needed a TRUE ace. They needed an ace that they did NOT have in their farm system. The Yankees STILL have Phil Hughes and Ian Kennedy. The Yankees have one of the best farm systems in baseball, but none of those players are at the point where they'd fit in the majors. There's just no space for them. And you have to remember all the talent the Yankees DID grow over the past 10+ years: Jeter, Posada, Rivera, Pettitte, Soriano, Joba, Cano.. those are some pretty damn good names if you ask me. The Yankees know how to hold on to their home grown talent. It's just a matter of how long will it take before they're MLB bound.

    The Yankees are CLOSE to signing CC. There hasn't been a straight up agreement yet but they're working out minor kinks left over. He will be going to the Yankees very soon. The Giants were supposed to make a minor offer, somewhere along the lines of the same contract that the Brewers offered, but a few million less. All the offers are still on the table for him, but he's close to signing with the Yanks

    Not really, Philly. It takes a lot to be a closer. To have that sort of pressure in your shoulders night after night knowing that you hold the fate of the game, potentially the season in your hand. It takes a GREAT deal of focus, determination and concentration. Look at people like Armando Benitez who couldn't handle the pressure and ended up being a terrible closer, despite a few good years. People like Mariano Rivera will be mentioned as one of the greatest closers of all time because of his consistency and his ability to shut out games night after night, both season and playoffs. He's been dominant during his time and it takes a lot more than adjusting during spring training to get to that level of skill

    They didn't need HIM bad, they needed ANYONE bad. Wagner gone for all of next year, they HAD to get him or Fuentes. I think it'll be a good deal but most analysts will say that K-Rod's day is behind him. ONLY because the person who set the record ended up being shitty for the rest of their career. My biggest concern might be his transition from the AL to the NL. Usually AL pitchers dominate the NL more because it's the weaker league (theoretically), but there's always exceptions. Now the Mets need to bolster their bullpen and get a power starter to balance out their rotation, now that Oliver Perez is gone.

    PS3 definitely has the edge in the graphics department but anything involving interaction and online gameplay, the box has a huge advantage. And yes, dave, a lot of games that are multi usually do have more support on the box side. It'll get more DLC, patches faster (if it's even necessary) and just more support in general. Fallout 3 patch for 360 came out right away and it still has NOT come out for ps3. The Orange Box never had issues in box department, but the PS3 version was absolutely terrible (about a 1 full point lower when reviewed. 9.5 to an 8 something) Also, occasionally, multi-platform games will come out slightly faster for the box than the PS3 It really matters what you're looking for.. I have both systems and I like them both, but I love my box. I play online so it really satisfies me and I can't complain.. and yeah you can buy an intercooler than can cool down the system, but the newer box's have different parts which help prevent red rings from happening and crap

    Im talking about purely in a tournament match. I don't see why Rockets are allowed when GL's aren't. Especially when the game had it designed for vehicles. If it was designed for vehicles, then why was it used by the Mercs to flush out the Commandos and attack them in the release videos on Confrontation. I don't see a problem with RPG's. If I get killed by them, I'll complain, naturally. But I don't see anything wrong with them. It's all about tactics and how you want to play the game. As far as GL's, it's different when you have like 6 rounds and can sit at a door just popping them in over and over again. The RPG does require some kind of skill. All weapons do, no matter what. I've seen people all over Socom and even had this happen to myself, where an RPG is shot at a nearby enemy but fail to kill him because the blast radius was overestimated. You have to know about the weapon you're using. Frankly, I suck with an RPG and that's because I don't know how to use it. I sucked with noob-tubes on COD4 and that's because I didn't know how to use them. Yes, we all complain about noob cannons and hate when people use them, but the fact is that half of us don't even know how to use those guns ourselves.

    well last year i think it dropped like a buck. and where is it 1.50 a gallon? holy crap it is still like 3 bucks in NYC. You need to get around NYC more if its still 3 bucks where you are. I go from Bronx to Manhattan everyday and the prices are in the low 2's
