30% fail rate isnt over hyped. the was a reason microsoft has spent millions to fix. and with the newer consoles the fail rate has come down. so ethier the elite or pro would be my choice. i have the elite and havent had a problem as of yet it was over hyped because they made it seem like EVERY SINGLE CONSOLE in the world was dying at that moment, when it wasn't true. there was just a shit load of unfortunate people at once. all the people complained when you could simply get a warranty and switch for a new console. I have both.. I'd choose a 360 over a "SHITTY" laptop (like he said). And I'd choose the Pro over the Elite simply for the fact that I don't see MYSELF using 120 gb of DLC, arcade, and game save data. and being that the pro's are more recent, i think they're less likely to fail

I watched the men lose their beach volleyball game, I watched May/Walsh dominate so far. I watched the Americans give up a lead to get a tie vs the dutch. Saw the Basketball team dominate the Chinese. Of course, I saw Phelps win his gold. I watched a lot of the shooting and swimming, a lot of the gymnastics. Been watching the badminton and team volleyball matches Um... pretty much whenever it's on TV, I watch it. Except that horse crap, borrinnngggggg

The days with the most online I'm pretty sure were the days of the Road to Exile invites and the Prisoner of War invites. TWO days had 68 users online and I'm pretty sure those were the two dates. September 23, 06 - UF3 July 21, 07 - UF4 I think there's a strong shot it could be broken..

the purpose of the 120gb harddrive is to have a shitload of demos, arcade games, game saves, dlc, songs, and pics. the only way to get movies is to stream it from your computer through your router, or download it off the marketplace. you can't just add movies to your 360 like you can with the ps3

you wont get RRoD from just playing it a lot. it was something that was over hyped for no reason. i did get RRoD but thats after i had my xbox for over a year and a half. i say for $350 just get the xbox pro 60gb. the 20gb is 300 bucks so for 50 more bucks you get the 40 gb extra. right now i have about 1 gb left on my hard drive and i have the 20gb (and i don't download any demos). and if you're THAT scared about the RRoD, get a warranty.. you'll just trade in the console and keep your harddrive.

Anybody can get pneumonia. And yeah, Russia invaded Georgia... Supposedly Georgia killed Russian peacekeepers and Russia went into revenge mode. According to what I've heard, there have already been casualties but isn't a full-fledged war. I believe it's soon to come though.. the world is on the edge and all it needs is a small push to send it into overdrive.

As far as Drew being on the cover.. I've seen some talk about this but I don't know if it's actually true.. I understand if they'd do it but.. I'm not sure if it's the smartest move

Her forehead just might be her weapon, not her legs. As far as this goes, the casting for SF is A LOT better than MK ever was. Of course a movie about Chun-Li might be.. something we'd rather NOT see, I'll still go see it just because it's SF. Hopefully with some famous actors in there, there can be an actual storyline and good acting this time! God help us if Van Damn decides he wants to do another movie. 1) The teams will be after him no matter what, he's one of the best QB's ever. It's not because he's on the cover of Madden, it's because he's THAT good. 2) The Jets don't have a complicated playbook. Yes, Favre is used to the West-Coast offense but that doesn't mean anything. He's a PROFESSIONAL, a VETERAN, a HALL OF FAMER. He'll learn the playbook with ease. Plus, look at all those QB's that get traded to another team and have to learn a new playbook. You don't need to start a season knowing 100% of the playbook. He'll know at least 60% and I'm sure he'll do fine. 3) The Bills won't smash anything. The Bills can barely beat the Jets as it was last season and with the additions the Jets put on this offseason, I find it hard to believe the Bills will do anything more than edge the Jets (if they even win). 4) Maybe you don't pay much attention to the AFC, but the Jets aren't an "unknown" team. Just because the Jets had a subpar season last year doesn't mean they're "unknown." They constantly play neck-in-neck with the Patriots. The Jets were only blown out in two games last year, one against the Patriots, one against the Cowboys. Also, don't forget the Jets beat the Steelers who finished first in the North. 5) In the last 7 seasons, the Jets have made the playoffs 4 times. So saying anything that says teams will be going after Favre because he's on MADDEN and that he'll do shitty because he has to learn some new plays is ridiculous. Favre is a Hall of Famer whether you like him or not. Deal with it

BTW: Pennington wasn't terrible. Pennington just has no arm. Most of the years he played, he had a subpar offensive line but he did take the Jets to the playoffs twice including winning the AFC East in 2002, where he had the highest QB Passer Rating. Chad Pennington has one of the best accuracy ratings of all-time and is one of the best QB's in the Red Zone. The Jets haven't released him YET. They said they would either release him or trade him by 4pm today. Just so you know, I'm a Jets fan.

what does this accomplish? i clicked enter till i got the option to cancel or end.. and i got it to turn off. Holding down the spacebar, enter, or esc should have all given you the same resuts. It should have eventually brought out to the cancel or end option. And seriously, if you're computer DID lock up from that, you SERIOUSLY need to get a new computer. It's nothing but some Javascript that makes the window move around and once you get it, you have to just hold down a button. If you were unable to click X or hold down Enter for 5 minutes, then I think you may need to up your reaction time
