i got mine off ebay from the uk ...... its smaller than the mini 88mm and 9mm thick .... it give much more vapor and i only paid 32 bucks for the stater kit ..... ive been smokin 27 yrs within the first week this cut me down 60%..... and i feel so much fuckin better

Well, I looked at what it comes with and it doesn't come with anything extra to warrant the price they're asking. I mean, I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I just was shocked at that price!!

 

It seems like they're selling through a reseller that's charging WAY too much. And considering that there's only 5 or so manufacturers of e-cigs in China and only 3 of them are any good, I doubt they're any better in quality, to warrant a higher price tag. Even Janty which is considered the "top of the line" is manufactured by JOYE (http://joyetech.com). I just know that I'd be bummed if I paid $139, then found out later that I could have paid half of that. Besides, the whole reseller thing is kinda iffy in my book considering the way that site is set up, it's more like a Ponzi scheme

 

In any case, you're friends should really look into selling directly form the manufacturers, because in bulk you can get units for around $25 shipped. Only problem is, coming up with the initial capital to the MQO.

Dude, that is AWESOME! ;D Glad to hear they're steering you away from cigs. Be sure to visit the E-cig forum (linked in my above post) for all your questions and stuff. Lots of helpful people there and a great place to to get questions answered and discuss the e-cigs in general. It's all about getting away from those cancer sticks. I'm totally stoked about these, to the point I walk up to random strangers smoking and show it to them and most of the time the first question is, "Where do I get them?". I should start handing out business cards with the sites and information about them on them, heh.

I just ordered my e-cig today. I've been smoking since I was 15 and i'm 28 now. I was smoking about a pack a day for a very long time, recently though I've been cutting back and only smoke about half a pack a day now. Still though, I love to smoke and don't see myself quitting. This actually provides the ideal situation for me.... a healthier alternative to what I like to do. Not only that, but I can smoke while gaming (before I had to tell everyone to wait for me while i went for a smoke really quick) and even smoke inside the house since it doesn't leave a smell behind. hopefully, its as good as advertised because if it is, i will be one very happy e-smoker ;D

After reading the forums, I made my decision based on testimonials. All of em said that the (one I purchased, can't remember the model #) is the cat's ass.........and Vaporguys didnt offer it.

Well I am on week 2 with this thing...and I like it. I got some extra carts for now to try different flavors, so far menthol and apple are pretty good from e-smokeytreats, the apple actually tastes like I am exhaling a piece of apple pie...mmm pie.

 

I am however very much looking forward to what the FDA finds about them. The nicotine doesn't seem any harsher than a regular cigarette and I definitely don't feel like shit in the morning, I can actually take some nice breathes as soon as I wake up. I wonder what is going on in my mouth though, feel like my teeth have been a bit filmy at times, maybe no more than before, just interested lol.

 

I am definitely done with analogs* forever, but I don't see myself using these forever either. They are very nice for quitting I think, especially if you keep stepping down the nicotine. They are a good alternative to "have something in your hand" too in my opinion.

well i dont exactly know what type of chemicals they use, but fruit oils can cause your teeth to feel that way, if what they use for flavors are organinc fruit oil or manufactured can make a difference though.

Oh, it's totally not the same. Vapor isn't as nasty as smoke. I've found that cutting the liquid with about 30% Glycerin U.S.P. makes the vapor thicker, and that seems to be more satisfying to me. Don't worry, it gets better as you go along ;D

Now dont take me as ignorant or anything, but i mean nicotine is still as bad, just a suggestion, why dont you guys try to reduce the amount of nicotine in the ecigs every month or so, in small amounts so you dont really feel a difference. 1-2 month is enough for the body to get accustomed to the change.

 

Just a suggestion though, trying to help. Still congrats to all the ones who quit, at least you dont have to fear what your diagnosis is when you go to a regular check up.

Not BAD, just different. I am getting used to it.

 

I bought the liquid to fill my own.........that is nice, but you gotta be careful. You could easily overdo it as there are NO instructions that come with it. :-\
