This patch didn't fix anything, it made it a hell of a lot worse. I couldn't get into a working room unless i was alone or with just 1 friend. We tried with 6 in a regular TDM and in a ground war neither worked. The game never started or some of my party was kicked. When I finally got into a room one was full of Lag. One player was on orange the entire game. Need a patch to fix this patch.

There's a little button on top of the reply box that looks like a little film strip. Click that and a little box pops up so you can insert the video address into it and there you have it.

There is a Hardcore Mode, but if you look at the vid he's just playing regular TDM.

I saw on the little ticker on the bottom of the screen it said "Multiplayer free with every copy of Black Ops". I was wondering why they would put that there.

And that's from a guy who's already had the game a week already. Great job Ghost. I took my coffee break early today which just happened to be when the local GameStop was reopening. I walked in and the owner Maggie looked like she got hit by a truck. She was there at the store all day yesterday, she had a launch party at midnight, closed at 2, slept at the store to reopen at 8am today and see me standing outside the door with a big smile, a stack of flyers and a bunch of business cards for her to pass out. :thumb:r Posted from my Droid because Im unfortunately still at work. -

Anyone try to make a private match. Its supposed to be fully customizable and you can save it too. Let us know.

It's certainly looking that way, Private Matches are totally customizable. You can not only set the time and score limits, but you can set what weapons are used and even what gear and perks are allowed. Then after creating your own match you can save it and allow the entire Call Of Duty: Black Ops/Urgent Fury community play and download it.

Ok, the French Servers are now online. I read all you have to do is change the system language settings to French and you will be able to play online for the time being. Let us know if it works. Here's what you do: 1. Head over to system settings on your ps3 xmb browser. 2. Go to language settings and change to French. 3. Restart your ps3 console 4. Sign into PSN and you should be able to play online!

If you wanted comedic value you should have voted for Fred Durst. Does he even play video games? Does Carson Daly? Were you watching Carson's talk show while listening to your Limp Bizkit cd as you made up this list?

I told your story to the lady that owns the local GameStop I go to, and she had said if it really was a GameStop you got it from, there will be a name on who sold it to you on the receipt and the guy who sold it to you may get in trouble for selling it to you early. So as she was telling me this in walks the UPS guy and he starts to cart in 17 large boxes. I wonder what was in them? I didn't get the game, but I did walk out with the Black Ops PS3 Controller. It was $5 cheaper than the Dualshock one. The controller I have been using has a bad R3 button.

When Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hit last year it arrived in stores escorted by a virtual phallanx of tie-ins of varying quality. There were the controllers, the controller faceplates, the throat mic. Some were good, some were bad. We all rolled our eyes at the marketing and moved alone. This year Call of Duty: Black Ops lands with the sort of zealous marketing that makes last year's peripheral collection a joke. Ignoring for a second the Call of Duty: Black Ops Jeep you can buy, there are still plenty of ways to brand yourself a true fan of the series. There are controllers, mice, headphones and now even an $80 pair of Call of Duty: Black Ops-themed gaming glasses. The glasses, the result of a tag-team effort by Mad Catz and Gunnar glasses, have a 70s aviator look and come with a fancy magnetically-sealed Black Ops case, a microfiber pouch and a USB Black Ops dog tag. I'll be wearing the glasses while I play the game next week, testing to see if it helps make me 70s cool and eases eye pain. So who's getting a pair? -

About the PS Rewards, unless im missing something, there's nothing new on the site for it, they have a contest to win a trip to CES in Vegas, but that's it. Theres a Rewards button, but not clickable. I have gotten about 6 trophies since signing up and have purchased a few things from the store, but got nothing for them. Posted from my Droid X.
