SO......if you clicked on http://www.dv8news.com and checked out the newest episode of Dv8 News' web cast, you will see, at about 8-mins into the program, there is a promo spot in there featuring none other than Sniper and I TOGETHER promoting UF. Well, I was. I think Sniper was soliciting young boys in Spanish or something.....I really don't know what he was saying in Spanish. Any translators in here? SO.....after catching Sniper in his daily outfit and saying WHATEVER he was saying in Spanish.....is this man exhibiting gay tendencies? Discuss...... - TOW

That's correct. There may be many here who ENJOY the tacmap tourneys we put out, but might not know the full extent of arduous work that goes into it. Time is a HUGE factor in the beginning, and then Sniper and I continually second-guessing ourselves and adding things on TOP of things is usually soon to follow. With the tacmaps, we always want the very best tournaments to represent what you know and love here in Urgent Fury. SOCOM, as we do not need to tell you, is very near and dear to both the hearts of Sniper and I, as well as just about every clan here. We love the game to death but we cannot skew the facts that there is quite a few less clans playing it these days as players seek new intoxication on next-gen platforms. It's why UF went to CoD4. We wish to stay at the forefront of creativity and action, not in the back seat. When CONFRONTATION comes out, UF: Black will re-emerge (though, and I can attest to this, it will have its OWN slight face lifts) and then we will begin rolling out the PS3-SOCOM tacmap tourneys for all us SO-CRACK addicts! I, for one, cannot WAIT...not just because we'll be spinning new and unbelievable tacmap tours....but because I am and most likely always will be a Socom-fanatic at heart.

Eh, we say "ask and you shall receive" every once in a while around here. Hell, last time I checked, there were a few people thinking UF should tackle a potential GTA4 tourney or something.......now look what we gone and done. ;D

We actually won't have Heliport attacks as we did in UF: Prisoner of War. In Riot Act, it'll be Camel Stampedes. It's going to be a HELL of an attack!

THAT'S trouble....

Yeah, guys.....Sniper and I have put that chapter of UF and our relationship with that person FAR behind us. And it's definitely felt like for the better. So let's not drudge up the ugly again. Thanks.

As he said, MODERATION. However, if it's not in your personality or characteristic to be ABLE to shelve things away (people with "addictions" rarely have the ability to curb this on their own), then for the better of your life, your family, your job and your home, it might be time to hang up the mic for a while and concentrate on the things that will reward you later in life, not the things that will reward you until 2am. There's definitely a BALANCE that one has to be able to maintain if you want to call yourself a "gamer" and still have a life outside of the pixels. There's plenty of people who cannot do this, hence, you read about relationships crumbling and lives being affected because some people put too much of themselves into the game they play until it corrodes who and what they are. You have a wife and a child that DEPEND on you to be things and to do things, and sorry, but GAMING is not one of those things. Of course, everyone needs their "hobby." It's what allows us to blow steam off from the week of work or life in general. But when your hobby becomes your obsession, then other parts of your life will suffer. If you KNOW inside of yourself that you cannot make the distinction between the balance needed for private time and your life's duties, then you may need to take it upon yourself to make the right choice for the IMPORTANT things in life, and right now, the important things in life are not jacked into your wall waiting to be turned on every night. The important things to you should be your wife, your child and the job that holds all of you together and takes care of the whole burrito. But the decision to do this must be up to you. Don't let your wife make the decision for you or don't let your wife hold the means to you playing (ie, the adapter), because whether or not you want to or not, there will come a time when you will resent her for having that hold over you and something you love to do. Take a BREAK. Ship the PS2 off to a friend or a nephew or whatever. Let them enjoy it for a bit while you take just SIX MONTHS off. No need to go cold turkey. Do 6 months, get things in order, and then SEE if you're able to just slip PS2 back into your life without it troubling the real things that matter. The guys in your clan, the games that you play, the people you know here through this community.....we don't mean SHIT to your real life. We don't EXIST. Your family is in need of you and they EXIST. So you need to take care of it all before it's taken away from you.

Well, now you already done messed up. It's not Urgent Fury. It's URBAN Fury! LOL

Might have to give the man a cookie on this one..... The "Riot Act" will, indeed, be taking place in the Middle East.

LOL....well that does NOTHING for us! LOL Keep talking about it. Whisper it to your friends. Tell it to your opposition online. Joke about it at lunch with people who don't know what the hell you're talking about. Reminisce about it right after sex with the wife or girlfriend or BOTH. And then keep talking about it some more. If we're making our Community members SPEECHLESS here, then Sniper and I might have to tone things down a bit, otherwise we're gonna start hearing the crickets sing here around UF.

1: I will tell you that the AO is NOT Mexico....but keep guessin'. LOL 2: As for the fee, the leaders don't necessarily have to be the ones to submit it. Hell, it's $25. It's a MOVIE date for about 2 hours. ANYONE can submit it for their entire clan, and you get WEEKS of entertainment.
