    obsolete meaning you have to re-register? I use avast and I think I have to do that once a year, using the free version. I haven't seen any popups about the free version being obsolete, and they still offer the free version for download http://www.avast.com/security-software-home-office

    when you registered for the tester site it asks you your psnid but it was not required. I think in later rounds accounts that aren't associated with psnid's won't be allowed to vote.

    try cycling through more channels on the router. it could be interference, even from a neighbor's wireless phone or network (not sure if you live in close proximity to others)
